Abstract
In order to sustainably live healthy, active, and productive lives, people must have access to food. All inhabitants of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) must have access to food that is plentiful, of high quality, secure, diverse, nutritionally balanced, evenly distributed, and affordable. According to Law Number 18 of 2012 Concerning Food, the foundation of national food security must be self-sufficiency and food sovereignty. As an agricultural nation that is also a maritime nation, Indonesia has a lot of potential food sources. The problem with this research is how the implementation of the village's food granary development policy on the diversification and food security programs of the village kubang district district. The aim of this study is to know the implementation of the village's food granary development policy on the diversification and food security programs of the Kubang Puji Village at Serang district. The study uses descriptive qualitative methodologies with qualitative approaches because they intend to describe or explain the implementation of socio-diversification programs and food security. The implementation of the village's food storage policy on the diversification program and food security of the village kubang district district may be said to be less than adequate because of the lack of extensive communication and therefore the lack of socialization in CPPD. There is still a lack of supervision from the DKPP as for policymakers and no clear division between the co-worker and the government's attack plan and there isa standard operating procedure asa guide anda guide that is collaborated with the written partner.

| Additional Information: | Agar dapat hidup sehat, aktif, dan produktif secara berkelanjutan, masyarakat harus memiliki akses terhadap pangan. Seluruh penduduk Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) harus memiliki akses pangan yang berlimpah, bermutu, aman, beragam, bergizi seimbang, merata, dan terjangkau. Menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pangan, landasan ketahanan pangan nasional haruslah swasembada dan kedaulatan pangan. Sebagai negara agraris yang juga merupakan negara maritim, Indonesia memiliki banyak potensi sumber pangan. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Implementasi Kebijakan Pengembangan Lumbung Pangan Desa pada Program Peningkatan Diversifikasi Dan Ketahanan Pangan Masyarakat di Desa Kubang Puji Kecamatan Pontang Kabupaten Serang. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan Pengembangan Lumbung Pangan Desa pada Program Peningkatan Diversifikasi Dan Ketahanan Pangan Masyarakat di Desa Kubang Puji Kecamatan Pontang Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif karena bermaksud untuk menggambarkan atau menjelaskan Implementasi Program peningkatan diversifikasi dan ketahanan pangan masyarakat. Implementasi Kebijakan Pengembangan Lumbung Pangan Desa pada Program Peningkatan Diversifikasi Dan Ketahanan Pangan Masyarakat di Desa Kubang Puji Kecamatan Pontang Kabupaten Serang dapat dikatakan belum maksimal dikarenakan masih kurangnya komunikasi yang menyeluruh sehingga masih adanya masyarakat yang belum mengetahui terkait gudang CPPD ini selain daripada itu masih kurangnya sosialisasi terkait gudang CPPD ini kepada para petani dan masyarakat yang berkaitan, masih kurangnya pengawasan dari DKPP selaku pelaksana kebijakan serta Belum adanya pembagian yang jelas antara mitra kerja dan pemerintah kabupaten Serang dan belum adanya standard operating procedure (SOP) sebagai acuan dan pedoman yang disosialisasikan kepada mitra kerja secara tertulis. | |||||||||
