Abstract

ANALISIS KINERJA TIGA RUAS JALAN UTAMA KOTA CILEGON M. Jendral Sudirman km. 03 Cilegon, Banten [email protected] ABSTRACT Cilegon is a town in banten , indonesia .Cilegon re at the edge of northwestern java , on the edge of the sunda strait. Cilegon city known as the city of steel remember this city make six million tonnes of steel every year in the industrial park krakatau steel. The purpose of this research to analyze performance stretches of road cilegon main city , especially on roads sudirman , general ahmad yani , and road cilegon , and knowing characteristic movement of vehicles that passes through the three roads equipped with comparisons vehicles total volume on any in segments that analysis. Methods used to do research by analysis roads urban performance in accordance with contained in MKJI 1997 and by readmitted prevailing transportation , starting with data collection vehicle survey , data processing with the guidelines MKJI 1997 and the research on display with the charts. Of the above the results analysis performance segments in each segments subjects to have a good service thoroughly.But performance segments worst acquired at roads sudirman on working days having the value ds ( degree saturation ) as much as 0,84 with a service D.The movement of that occurs began in roads sudirman leading to the general ahmad yani until a way to the highway cilegon have a sort of the same move .Where roads sudirman always having volume highest for the movement of a vehicle that happened. For the movement of the type of vehicle there are several the results of which were found where to public transport types of motorcycles and cars passengers affected by a factor of comfort while for heavy vehicles affected by the needs of the delivery of goods and services.

Jendral Sudirman km. 03 Cilegon, Banten [email protected] INTISARI Kota Cilegon adalah sebuah kota di provinsi Banten, Indonesia. Cilegon berada di ujung barat laut pulau jawa, di tepi Selat Sunda. Kota Cilegon dikenal sebagai Kota Baja mengingat kota ini menghasilkan 6 juta ton baja setiap tahunnya di kawasan industri Krakatau steel. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa kinerja ruas-ruas jalan utama kota cilegon, terutama pada ruas jalan Jendral sudirman, Jendral ahmad yani, dan jalan Raya cilegon, serta mengetahui karakteristik pergerakan kendaraan yang melewati ketiga ruas jalan tersebut yang dilengkapi dengan perbandingan volume kendaraan total pada setiap ruas yang di analisa. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan penelitian dengan analisis kinerja ruas jalan perkotaan sesuai dengan yang terdapat pada MKJI 1997 serta peraturan mentri perhubungan yang berlaku, dimulai dengan pengumpulan data survey kendaraan, pengolahan data dengan panduan MKJI 1997 serta hasil penelitian yang di tampilkan dengan grafik, dari metode diatas hasil yang diperoleh Analisis kinerja ruas pada masing-masing ruas yang diteliti memiliki Tingkat pelayanan yang baik secara menyeluruh. Namun kinerja ruas terburuk didapat pada ruas jalan Jendral Sudirman pada hari kerja yang memiliki nilai DS (derajat kejenuhan) sebesar 0,84 dengan tingkat pelayanan D. Pergerakan yang terjadi dimulai pada ruas jalan jendral sudirman menuju jalan jendral ahmad yani sampai ke jalan raya cilegon memiliki jenis pergerakan yang sama. Dimana ruas jalan jendral sudirman selalu memiliki volume tertinggi untuk pergerakan kendaraan yang terjadi. Untuk pergerakan jenis kendaraan terdapat beberapa hasil yang didapat dimana untuk kendaraan jenis sepeda motor dan mobil penumpang dipengaruhi oleh faktor kenyamanan sedangkan untuk kendaraan berat dipengaruhi oleh kebutuhan pengiriman barang dan jasa.
