Abstract

The purpose of this Final Project is to find out the strategy to increase donor loyalty at LAZ HARFA pandeglang branch. The writing method used is descriptive qualitative method. The type of data collected is primary data obtained from public relations, media, and fundraising staff of LAZ HARFA Pandeglang branch. While secondary data obtained directly from books, scientific journals, companies and online from the internet. Collecting data in this final project using interviews, observation and secondary data documentation. The results of the final project show that the implementation of strategies to increase donor loyalty at LAZ HARFA Pandeglang branch is quite good with several programs that have been implemented such as the application of factorsthat influence donor loyalty, how to implement strategies to increase donor loyalty at LAZ HARFA, so that donors become loyal to LAZ HARFA. LAZ HARFA pandeglang branch must further strengthen the implementation of strategies to increase donor loyalty because there are more and more LAZ LAZthat are established in Indonesia which will prevent donors from becoming loyal, and must utilize communication media

Additional Information: Tujuan Penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi peningkatanloyalitas donatur padaLAZHARFAcabangpandeglang.Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer yang didapat dari staff humas, media, dan fundraising LAZ HARFAcabang pandeglang. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh secara langsung dari buku, jurnal ilmiah, perusahaan maupun secara online dari internet. Pengumpulan data dalam tugas akhir ini menggunakan wawancara, Observasi dan dokumentasi data sekunder. Hasil tugasakhir memperlihatkan bahwa penerapan strategi dalam meningkatkan loyalitas donatur di LAZ HARFAcabang pandeglang sudah cukup baik dengan beberapa program program yang telah dijalankan seperti penerapan faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas donatur, bagaimana penerapan strategi dalam meningkatkan loyalitas donatur LAZ HARFA, agar donatur menjadiloyalterhadapLAZHARFA. LAZHARFAcabangpandeglangharus lebih memperkuat penerapan strategi peningkatan loyalitas donatur karna semakin banyaknya LAZ LAZ yang berdiri di Indonesia yang akan menghambat donatur menjadi loyal, dan harus memanfaatkan media komunikasi
