Abstract
Food security according to Law No. 18 of 2012 is a condition of fulfilling food for the state down to individuals, which is reflected in the availability of sufficient food, both in quantity and quality, safe, diverse, nutritious, equitable and affordable to be able to live a healthy, active life. , and productive in a sustainable manner. In increasing the food security of farmer households, one of them is the cooperative farming model. Cooperative farming is one of the models used for the agricultural business sector and can be defined as a farming model in a number of agricultural areas that are managed collectively, either based on family ties, farmer groups, or other group ties, based on the combined management of the land owned by its members to achieve economies of scale in its management. This study aims to identify the role of the Triple Helix (Cooperative Extension and academics) in improving farmer food security. The Triple Helix is measured through the support of cooperatives, the role of extension workers, and the role of academics in cooperative farming. The research was conducted in March - April 2023 at Caringin Village, Cisoka District, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 38 fish processors in Tangerang Regency. Data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) for inferential analysis and SPSS Version 24 for descriptive analysis. The results showed that food security was directly influenced by Cooperative Support and Cooperative Farming while the Role of Extension Workers and the Role of Academics did not have a direct effect, Cooperative Farming was directly affected through the variables of Cooperative Support and the Role of Academics. Cooperative support and the role of academics have a direct influence on Cooperative Farming by 36%, while Koperasi support through Cooperative Farming as an interpening variable has a direct influence on the level of food security by 63.2%.

| Additional Information: | Ketahanan pangan menurut Undang-Undang No.18 Tahun 2012 adalah kondisi terpenuhinya pangan bagi negara sampai dengan perseorangan, yang tercermin dari tersedianya pangan yang cukup, baik jumlah maupun mutunya, aman, beragam, bergizi, merata, dan terjangkau untuk dapat hidup sehat, aktif, dan produktif secara berkelanjutan. Dalam meningkatkan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga petani salah satunya dengan model cooperative farming. Cooperative farming merupakan salah satu model yang digunakan untuk sektor usaha pertanian dan dapat didefinisikan sebagai model usahatani disejumlah areal pertanian yang dikelola secara kolektif, baik berdasarkan ikatan famili, kelompok tani, ataupun ikatan kelompok lainnya, berdasarkan hasil penggabungan pengelolaan lahan yang dimiliki oleh anggotanya untuk mencapai skala ekonomis dalam pengelolaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran Tripel Helix (Koperasi Penyuluh dan akademisi) dalam meningkatkan ketahanan pangan petani, Tripel Helix diukur melalui, dukungan koperasi, peran penyuluh, dan peran akademisi terhadap cooperative farming. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret - April 2023 bertempat di Desa Caringin Kecamatan Cisoka Kabupaten Tangerang Provinsi Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 38 orang pengolah ikan di Kabupaten Tangerang. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk analisis inferensial dan SPSS Versi 24 untuk analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketahanan pangan dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh Dukungan Koperasi dan Cooperative Farming sedangkan Peran Penyuluh dan Peran Akademisi tidak berpengaruh langsung, Cooperative Farming dipengaruhi secara langsung melalui variabel Dukungan Koperasi dan Peran Akademisi. Dukungan Koperasi dan peran akademisi ber pengaruh langsung terhadap Cooperative Farming sebesar 36% sedangkan dukungan Koperasi melalui Cooperative Farming sebagai varibel interpening berpengaruh langsung terhadap Tingkat ketahanan pangan sebesar 63,2 %. | |||||||||
