Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Purchase Decision (Z) in mediating Repurchase Intention (Y) for Gofood Service users, students majoring in Management. The research method used is quantitative. This research collects data based on questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study were students majoring in Management class 2019-2022 aged 17-25 years at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The sample of this research is 114 respondents with purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.2.9 analysis tool. This study has the following results: (1) Discounts have a positive but not significant effect on Repurchase Intention. (2) Website quality has a positive but not significant effect on Repurchase Intention. (3) Discounts have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (4) Website Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. (5) Purchase Decision has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. (6) Discounts have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Interest mediated by Purchasing Decisions. (7) Website quality has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention which is mediated by Purchase Decision

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Keputusan Pembelian (Z) dalam memediasi Minat Beli Ulang (Y) pada pengguna Layanan Gofood mahasiswa jurusan Manajemen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melakukan pengumpulan data berdasarkan kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan Manajemen angkatan 2019-2022 berusia 17-25 tahun Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 114 responden dengan penarikan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.2.9. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil : (1) Potongan Harga berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang. (2) Kualitas Website berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang. (3) Potongan Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian(4) Kualitas Website berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. (5) Keputusan Pembelian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang. (6) Potongan Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang yang dimediasi oleh Keputusan Pembelian. (7) Kualitas Website berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang yang dimediasi oleh Keputusan Pembelian.
