Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the poetic structure of the lyrics of Bimbo's songs; 2) Islamic religious character values from Bimbo's songs; 3) suitability of Islamic religious values from Bimbo's songs with poetry teaching materials in high school . The results of the study show that in the lyrics of the Bimbo religious song from the album entitled Qasidah Bimbo, and the Bimbo Religious Album there are Islamic educational values which include: 1) Aspects of faith, namely concerning human beliefs and relationships with God, angels, prophets and so on. 2) Islamic aspects, namely concerning the frequency and intensity of worship that has been determined, for example prayer, fasting and zakat. 3) Aspect of ihsan, which concerns experiences and feelings about the presence of Allah SWT by carrying out His commands and avoiding His prohibitions. 4) Aspects of charity, concerning behavior in social life, for example helping others, defending the weak, working and so on. 5) Aspects of knowledge, namely concerning one's knowledge of religious teachings, for example by studying the Al-Quran further. Students' perceptions of Islamic character values in the educational process are very positive. This is evident from the responses of students answering questionnaires about Islamic religious values, the majority of which answered very positively. In line with the above, the use of Islamic songs, especially Bimbo songs, can be used as poetry lessons in high school, because they have criteria of conformity with literary learning materials, especially poetry. The results of this study can be used as a reference for teachers in choosing teaching materials for literature, especially poetry in terms of the content of character education values. The lyrics of Bimbo's songs can be used as an alternative tool in an effort to strengthen the character of high school students by making the lyrics of Bimbo's songs as teaching material for literature, especially poetry in high school. The results of this study can be used as a reference for other studies that examine relevant issues.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Struktur pusi dari lirik lagulagu Bimbo; 2) nilai-nilai karakter religius Islami dari lagu-lagu Bimbo; 3) kesesuaian nilai-nilai religius Islami dari lagu-lagu Bimbo dengan bahan ajar puisi di SMA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam lirik lagu religi Bimbo dari album yang bertajuk Qasidah Bimbo, memiliki struktur puisi baik struktur fisik maupun struktuk batin. Dari nilai karakter religius Islami, pada lirik lagulagu Bimbo terdap nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang meliputi: 1) Aspek iman, yaitu menyangkut keyakinan dan hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, malaikat, para nabi dan sebagainya. 2) Aspek Islam, yaitu menyangkut frekuensi dan intensitas pelaksanaan ibadah yang telah ditetapkan, misalnya sholat, puasa dan zakat. 3) Aspek ihsan, yaitu menyangkut pengalaman dan perasaan tentang kehadiran Allah SWT dengan menjalankan perintah-Nya dan menjauhi laranganNya. 4) Aspek amal, menyangkut tingkah laku dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, misalnya menolong orang lain, membela orang lemah, bekerja dan sebagainya.. 5) Aspek ilmu, yaitu menyangkut pengetahuan seseorang tentang ajaran-ajaran agama misalnya dengan mendalami Al-Quran lebih jauh. Persepsi siswa terhadap nilai-nilai karakter Islami dalam proses pendidikan sangat positif. Hal ini terbukti dari respon seswa menjawab angket tentang nilai-nilai religius Ismali mayoritas menjawab sangat positif. Senada dengan hal tersebut di atas, Penggunaan lagulagu Islami khususnya lagu-lagu Bimbo dapat dijadikan sebagai ajar puisi di SMA, karena memiliki kriteria kesesuaian denagn bahan pembelajaran sastra khususnya puisi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu referensi bagi guru dalam memilih bahan ajar sastra khususnya puisi yang ditinjau dari muatan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakternya. Lirik lagu-lagu Bimbo dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu sarana alternatif dalam upaya menguatkan karakter peserta didik SMA dengan menjadikan lirik lagu-lagu Bimbo tersebut sebagai bahan ajar sastra , khusunya puisi di SMA. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu referensi bagi penelitian-penelitian lain yang mengkaji tentang permasalahan yang relevan.
