Abstract
The phenomenon of self-disclosure by individual victims of broken home on the @behome.id Instagram account has occurred due to the incapability to open themselves up to their families and the surrounding environment through expressing their hearts and anxieties experienced as victims of broken home families on the @behome.id Instagram comment feature. This study aims to determine the dynamics of information disclosure in individual victims of broken home on social media, determine the private boundaries carried out by individual victims of broken home in self-disclosure, and review the concept of social distance that occurs due to the self-disclosure of individual victims of broken home on social media. The approach taken by researchers is a qualitative using the theory of self-disclosure (Johari Window), Communication Privacy Management, and Social Distance Concept. The techniques of data collection were conducted through an interview, observation, and documentation. The sources in the study consisted of five main informants and two supporting informants. The results of this study reveal that there are different attitudes towards information disclosure by each informant in the surrounding environment and social media, informants in carrying out self-disclosure also create collective boundaries in the form of providing information that is still considered common by themselves, and there are changes in the concept of social distance on Instagram social media through the way of communication by individual victims of broken home.

| Additional Information: | Fenomena pengungkapan diri oleh individu korban broken home pada akun Instagram @behome.id terjadi karena ketidakmampuan individu korban broken home dalam upaya keterbukaan diri pada keluarga maupun lingkungan sekitar melalui pencurahan isi hati serta kegelisahan yang dialami sebagai korban dari keluarga yang broken home pada fitur komentar Instagram @behome.id. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika keterbukaan informasi pada individu korban broken home pada media sosial, mengetahui batasan privat yang dilakukan oleh individu korban broken home dalam pengungkapan diri, serta mengkaji konsep jarak sosial yang terjadi akibat keterbukaan diri individu korban broken home pada media sosial. Pendekatan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori self disclosure (Johari Window), Manajemen Privasi Komunikasi, serta konsep Jarak Sosial. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Narasumber dalam penelitian terdiri dari lima informan utama serta dua informan pendukung. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan sikap terhadap keterbukaan informasi oleh masing-masing informan dalam lingkungan sekitar dan media sosial, informan dalam melakukan pengungkapan diri juga menciptakan batasan kolektif berupa pemberian informasi yang masih dianggap lazim oleh dirinya, serta terdapat perubahan konsep jarak sosial pada media sosial Instagram melalui cara berkomunikasi oleh individu korban broken home. | |||||||||
