Abstract
Village Funds are funds allocated to Villages which are transferred through the District Revenue and Expenditure Budget, used to finance governance, development, community development, and community empowerment, which is the rationale why there is a need for Village Funds is in line with the Regional Autonomy agenda, where the use of Village Funds is very relevant to the perspective that places the Village as the basis for participation. So since the first Village Fund in 2015 and the outbreak of the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2019, the world has experienced difficult times that have changed the governance, social, cultural and economic order, on humanitarian grounds which were determined as very extraordinary events, so that the use of Village Funds is prioritized for the provision of Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) where in the process there are still beneficiaries who are not on target, in its implementation it is felt that it is less significant for the level of welfare and socio-economic life of the community, the assistance provided is not suitable for their interests and delays in the development process which affect the gaps that can lead to social conflict. The researcher uses the theory of qualitative descriptive methods with a qualitative analysis approach where a qualitative analysis is required to examine social problems, policy issues, using a perspective that combines the creativity of the authors in their research. the conclusions from the research on Implementation of Village Fund Assistance in Development and Progress in Rangkasbitung Timur Village, Rangkasbitung District, Lebak Regency, must pay attention to the feasibility and principles of community interest, this cannot be separated from economic, social, and political environmental factors that influence the policy. In its implementation, it must also pay attention to the conducive condition of the existing community environment.

| Additional Information: | Dana Desa adalah dana yang dialokasikan untuk Desa yang ditransfer melalui Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Kabupaten, digunakan untuk membiayai penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, pembangunan, pembinaan kemasyarakatan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, yang menjadi alasan rasional mengapa perlu ada Dana Desa adalah sejalan dengan agenda Otonomi Daerah, dimana penggunaannya Dana Desa sangat relevan dengan perspektif yang menempatkan Desa sebagai basis partisipasi. Maka sejak Dana Desa pertama kali tahun 2015 dan adanya wabah Pandemi Covid-19 tahun 2019, dunia mengalami masa sulit yang mengubah tatanan pemerintahan, sosial, budaya dan ekonomi, atas dasar kemanusiaan yang ditetapkan sebagai kejadian yang sangat luar biasa, sehingga Dana Desa penggunannya diprioritaskan untuk pemberian Bantuaan Langsung Tunai (BLT) dimana dalam prosesnya masih masih terdapat penerima manfaat yang tidak tepat sasaran, dalam implementasinya di rasakan kurang signifikan terhadap tingkat sejahteraan dan kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat, bantuan yang diberikan tidak sesuai untuk kepentingannya serta terhambatnya proses pembangunan yang mempengaruhi terhadap kesenjangan yang dapat menimbulkan konflik sosial. Peneliti menggunakan teori metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis kualitatif dimana sebuah analisis kualitatif dituntut untuk mengkaji masalah sosial, masalah kebijakan, dengan memakai sudut pandang yang memadukan kreativitas penulis dalam penelitiannya. kesimpulan dari penelitian Implementasi Bantuan Dana Desa Dalam Perkembangan dan Kemajuan di Desa Rangkasbitung Timur Kecamatan Rangkasbitung Kabupaten Lebak, harus memperhatikan kelayakan dan azas kepentingan masyarakat, hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari faktor lingkungan ekonomi, sosial, dan politik yang mempengaruhi kebijakan tersebut. Dalam implementasinya harus pula memperhatikan kekondusifan kondisi lingkungan masyarakat yang ada. | |||||||||
