Abstract

Firm Value is the perception of investors which is reflected through a company's stock price in order to know the company's prospects in the future. In this study, Firm Value is the dependent variable and the independent variable is the Activity Ratio using the Profitability variable as the intervening variable. The object of this study is the Automotive and Components sub-sector companies in the 2016- 2020. This study aims to determine whether the independent variables used in this study have an influence or not on the dependent variable and to determine whether the intervening variables used are able to mediate between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The sample and population in this study were 12 companies in the Automotive and Components sub-sector. The analytical tool used in this study is SmartPLS 3 by testing the value outer model and inner model. The results showed that Activity Ratio had a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, Activity Ratio had a positive and significant effect on Profitability, Profitability had a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, Profitability was able to mediate the effect of Activity Ratio on Firm Value and the mediating variable in this study is categorized as partial mediation. Additional Information:	Nilai Perusahaan merupakan persepsi investor yang tercermin melalui harga saham suatu perusahaan agar dapat mengetahui prospek perusahaan pada masa mendatang. Dalam penelitian ini Nilai Perusahaan sebagai variabel dependen dan variabel independennya yaitu Rasio Aktivitas dengan menggunakan variabel Profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor Otomotif dan Komponen periode 2016-2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh atau tidak terhadap variabel dependennya serta untuk mengetahui variabel intervening yang digunakan mampu memediasi antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependennya. Sampel dan populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 12 perusahaan sub sektor Otomotif dan Komponen. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu SmartPLS 3 dengan menguji nilai outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rasio Aktivitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Rasio Aktivitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas, Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Profitabilitas mampu memediasi pengaruh Rasio Aktivitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan variabel mediasi pada penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai partial mediation.
