Abstract
Firm value is an investor's view of how the condition of the company is. This study uses the dependent variable firm value on the independent variable using capital structure, liquidity and profitability, as well as firm size as a moderating variable. The object of this study uses the Transportation sub-sector companies in the 2017-2020 period. This study aims to determine the relationship between the independent variables and also look at the moderating variable whether this variable is able to moderate between the independent variables on the dependent variable. This study uses 18 companies in the population and sample. In the data analysis technique, this study uses descriptive analysis and draws conclusions in testing descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, moderated regression analysis (MRA) and hypothesis testing. The results showed that capital structure had a significant positive effect on firm value, liquidity had an insignificant negative effect on firm value, profitability had an insignificant positive effect on firm value, firm size could strengthen the relationship between capital structure and firm value, firm size could not moderate the relationship between liquidity and Company Value, Company Size can strengthen the relationship between Profitability and Company Value. | Additional Information: | Nilai perusahaan merupakan pandangan investor dalam melihat bagaimana kondisi pada perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini variabel dependen menggunakan Nilai perusahaan pada variabel independent menggunakan Struktur modal, Likuiditas dan Profitabilitas, serta ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Pada objek penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan sub sektor Transportasi pada periode 2017-2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel independen dan melihat juga pada variabel moderasi apakah variabel ini mampu memoderasi antar variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan 18 perusahaan dalam populasi dan sampel. Pada teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan menarik kesimpulan dalam menguji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, moderated regresson analysis (MRA) dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Struktur modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan dapat memperkuat hubungan Struktur Modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan Likuiditas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan dapat memperkuat hubungan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
