Abstract

ABSTRACT Nurlita Amaniyah. 6661111919. Integrated Management Policy Analysis Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, and Cianjur (Jabodetabekjur) as Megapolitan region. Advisor I : Leo Agustino, Ph.D., and advisor II: Ipah Ema Jumiati, S.IP., M.Si. Integrated management policy of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, and Cianjur (Jabodetabekjur) is the establishment policy of megapolitan region. This policy was made because many problems such as flood, population, transportation, traffic jam, housing, and others which can not be solved by DKI Jakarta only, but must be completed along with Bodetabekjur. The establishment of megapolitan region aims to support DKI Jakarta position as capital city of nation and to development equalization around Jakarta area. This policy was proposed by the Committee 1 of Regional Representatives Council of Indonesia (DPD RI). The research was conducted at General Secretariat of DPD and also in Jabodetabekjur area, that aims to analyze the establishment of Jabodetabekjur megapolitan region. The method used is descriptive with qualitative approach. To analyze integrated management policy of Jabodetabekjur, the researcher used public policy analysis model by Dunn, as follows formulating the problem, predicting, policy recomendation, policy monitoring, and policy evaluation. The results showed that the Jabodetabekjur megapolitan policy can not implement integrated. This situation because two factors. First, there is no institutional reinforcement inter-governmental in Jabodetabekjur to support the establishment of megapolitan region. Second, there is no agency selected to coordinating and monitoring this policy. Based on the results, the researchers suggest for all agencies to participate and coordinate in realizing Jabodetabekjur megapolitan region, as well as provide an opportunity for the public to participate and support the policy.
