Abstract

ABSTRACT Procedure for Preparing The Regional Budget (APBD) at the West Jakarta City Administration Financial Management Sub-agency By: Rifana Mahira Hasna The Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) is a financial expenditure and revenue plan made by the local government for a certain period, usually one year. APBD includes sources of income and expenditure planned by local governments to finance public activities, such as infrastructure development, public services, education, health, and social welfare programs. The research method used in writing this final project is descriptive. The data collection methods used in this research are observation method, interview method and document method collected from the Regional Financial Management Agency of West Jakarta Administration. Based on the results of industrial internships obtained in the field, the procedures for preparing the Regional Budget (APBD) at the Regional Financial Management Agency of the West Jakarta Administrative City have been carried out properly and of course based on applicable regulations in order to remain better coordinated. Although, there are some differences that cause delays in preparation and discussion due to the Covid-19 period, therefore the Regional Government can continue to evaluate the results of the work carried out during a certain period that has been determined by looking at the preparation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD).
