Abstract
This research was made because of many students were lack in the learning result of discussion text. This quantitative research was the research that looked for the influence through learning result of discussion text with using course review and talking stick learning model. The population that made in this research was all of students at 8th grade of MTs N 2 Pandeglang. While the sample in this research was class VIII C as an experimental class who was given a treatment by using course review horay learning model and class VIII E as a control class who was given a treatment by using talking stick learning model. The objective of this influence of course review horay and talking stick learning model through learning result of discussion text at 8th grade students of MTs N 2 Pandeglang. The research showed that course review horay and talking stick learning model gave a good influence through the learning result of discussion text at 8th grade students of MTs N 2 Pandeglang. Based on the were a difference of the score of the students. That statement was supported by statistic calculation in the experimental class and control class with the significant level 0,05 and post-test examination to= 4,66 t tabel (tt)= 0,025. And the discovery of the influence of course review horay learning model was bigger than the influence of talking stick learning model through learning result at 8th grade students of MTs N 2 Pandeglang.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya siswa yang kurang dalam hasil pembelajaran teks diskusi. Penelitian Kuantitatif ini merupakan penelitian yang berusaha mencari pengaruh terhadap hasil pembelajaran teks diskusi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Course Review Horay dan Talking Stick. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII MTs N 2 Pandeglang. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII C sebagai kelas eksperimen (experiment class) yang diberi perlakuan model pembelajaran Course Review Horay (experiment) dan kelas VIII E sebagai kelas kontrol (control class) yang diberi perlakuan model pembelajaran Talking Stick (control). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Course Review Horay dan Talking Stick terhadap hasil pembelajaran teks diskusi siswa kelas VIII MTs N 2 Pandeglang. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang didapat dari data awal dan akhir siswa kelas VIII yang mendapatkan model Pembelajaran Course Review Horay dan Talking Stick terhadap hasil belajar teks diskusi. Model Pembelajaran Course Review Horay dan Talking Stick memberikan pengaruh baik terhadap hasil belajar teks diskusi siswa kelas VIII MTs N 2 Pandeglang. Menurut hasil yang diperoleh dari siswa model pembelajaran Course Review Horay dan Talking Stick memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan. Kedua model pembelajaran ini sama-sama memiliki pengaruh baik terhadap hasil pembelajaran teks diskusi, tetapi terdapat perbedaan pada skor terhadap siswa yang telah mendapatkan model Course Review Horay dan Talking Stick pada hasil pembelajaran teks diskusi. Pernyataan tersebut didukung dengan hasil perhitungan statistik di kelas eksperimen dan kontrol dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 dan Uji t data posttest diperoleh thitung = 4,66 dan ttabel = 0,025.. Adapun temuan bahwa dapat dikatakan pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Course Review Horay lebih besar dibanding pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Talking Stick terhadap hasil pembelajaran teks diskusi siswa kelas VIII MTs N 2 Pandeglang. | |||||||||
