Abstract
Scientific literacy is an important skill for students to master in science learning. In fact, a several junior high school level schools the learning has not implemented scientific literacy-based evaluation so that the level of students mastery of scientific literacy skills is not identified. This study aims to produce valid local wisdom-based test instrument as an evaluation tool to train students scientific literacy skills. In this study using the research and development method with he 4D Thiagaradjan model which is limites to the development. The subject of this study were science lecturers as evaluation experts and science teachers as practicing experts. The types of data used in this research are qualitative data and quantitative data. The product produced in this study is in the form of 20 local sidom-based percentage of 94,12% “Very Valid” so it is concluded that the product of the “Kesenianku Rampak Bedug” test instrument has validity which can be useed as a learning evaluation for training scientific literacy skills of junior high scholl students.

| Additional Information: | Literasi sains merupakan keterampilan yang penting untuk dikuasai siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA. Pada faktanya dibeberapa sekolah tingkat SMP pembelajarannya belum menerapkan evaluasi berbasis literasi sains sehingga tidak teridentifikasi tingkat penguasaan siswa terhadap keterampilan literasi sains. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk instrumen tes berbasis kearifan lokal yang valid sebagai alat evaluasi untuk melatih keterampilan literasi sains siswa. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Developmet dengan model 4D Thigaradjan, yang dibatasi sampai tahap development. Subjek penelitian ini adalah dosen IPA sebagai ahli evaluasi dan Guru IPA sebagai ahli praktisi. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Produk yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa 20 butir soal berbasis kearifan lokal dengan bentuk 3TMC yang memiliki kevalidan dengan persentase sebesar 94,12% “Sangat Valid” sehingga disimpulkan bahwa produk instrumen tes "Kesenianku Rampak Bedug‟ telah memiliki kevalidan yang dapat digunakan sebagai evaluasi pembelajaran untuk melatih keterampilan literasi sains siswa SMP. | |||||||||
