Abstract
In the technical guidance activities for the Sub-District Election Supervisory Committee (Panwaslu) in Serang Regency, Bawaslu still employs lecture-style methods centered around the facilitator in each session. The instructional materials used are in the form of hardcopy modules and have not fully utilized information technology facilities. The use of these methods and instructional materials has led to a lack of attention from Panwascam during the technical guidance sessions, resulting in suboptimal outcomes of the activities. The aim of this research and development study is to create an instructional material in the form of a Canva-based technical guidance e-module for the Sub-District Election Supervisory Committee at Bawaslu Serang Regency. The research design used in this study is the Research and Development (R&D) approach, utilizing the ADDIE development model with a focus on developing and producing a product, as well as validating the effectiveness of the product. Data collection methods in this development study include observation, interviews, validation tests by subject matter and media experts, questionnaires, pretests, and posttests. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis based on the feedback and suggestions from the media and subject matter experts. The average score obtained from the subject matter expert validation was 93%, indicating a highly acceptable category. Similarly, the media expert validation also obtained a score of 93%. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded to the Canva-based e-module received a score of 93% According to the Panwascam's response, the Canva-based e-module is highly beneficial for the technical guidance learning process. Additionally, the Canva-based e-module is considered attractive and supportive as a media and instructional material for learning in Panwascam's technical guidance sessions.

Additional Information: | Dalam kegiatan bimbingan teknis untuk Panwaslu Kecamatan, Bawaslu Kabupaten Serang masih menggunakan metode ceramah dan berpusat pada fasilitator dalam tiap sesi materi. Bahan ajar yang digunakan masih berupa modul dalam bentuk hardcopy dan belum memaksimalkan fasilitas teknologi informasi. Penggunaan metode dan bahan ajar tersebut berdampak pada kurangnya atensi Panwascam dalam bimtek, sehingga output kegiatan tidak tercapai secara optimal. Penelitian pengembangan ini yaitu menciptakan bahan ajar berupa e-modul bimbingan teknis berbasis canva untuk Panwaslu Kecamatan di Bawaslu Kabupaten Serang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan orientasi untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan sebuah produk serta memvalidasi efektivitas dari produk tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian pengembangan ini dengan melaksanakan observasi, wawancara, uji validasi ahli materi dan media, angket serta instrument pretest dan posttest. Data yang telah diperoleh sesuai saran dan masukan validator ahli media dan materi kemudian diuji cobakan saat proses pembelajaran serta dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil uji validasi ahli materi memperoleh rata-rata skor 93% dengan kategori sangat layak. Adapun hasil uji validasi ahli media juga memperoleh skor 93% Adapun pada respon Panwascam terhadap e-modul berbasis canva memperoleh skor 93% Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul berbasis canva sangat baik untuk digunakan pada proses pembelajaran bimbingan teknis. Selain itu, e-modul berbasis canva ini menarik dan mendukung untuk digunakan sebagai media dan bahan ajar pada pembelajaran di bimbingan teknis Panwascam. | |||||||||
