Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of retraining (X1), extrinsic motivation (X2) and physical work environment (X3) on the performance of employees (Y) of the Malingping District Office. This research was conducted at the Malingping District Office Agency with a data collection period of 2021. Using a quantitative method and using primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The population in this study was all employees of the Malingping Subdistrict Office, both with PNS and non-PNS status, namely 51 people. With a total sample of 51 samples. The analytical tool used in this study is the SmartPLS 3.33 program. These results state that retraining has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The t-statistic value is 1.980 > 1.96 with a large influence of 0.360 and a P-value of 0.048 <0.05. Second, Extrinsic Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and has the most dominant influence. The t-statistic value is 2.974 > 1.96 with a large influence of 0.339 and a P-value of 0.003 <0.05. Third, the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The t-statistic value is 2.266 > 1.96 with a large influence of 0.298 and a P-value of 0.024 <0.05.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh retraining (X1), motivasi ekstrinsik (X2) dan lingkungan kerja fisik (X3) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) Instansi Kantor Kecamatan Malingping. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Instansi Kantor Kecamatan Malingping dengan periode pengambilan data tahun 2021. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan keseluruhan pegawai Instansi Kantor Kecamatan Malingping baik yang berstatus PNS maupun non PNS yaitu sebanyak 51 orang. Dengan jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 51 sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu program SmartPLS 3.33. Hasil ini menyatakan bahwa retraining berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai t-statistik 1,980 > 1,96 dengan besar pengaruh 0,360 dan Pvalue sebesar 0,048 < 0,05. Kedua, Motivasi Ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan memiliki pengaruh paling dominan. Nilai t-statistik 2,974 > 1,96 dengan besar pengaruh 0,339 dan P-value 0,003 < 0,05. Ketiga, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
