Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the Physical Work Environment (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Extrinsic Motivation (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) of PT. Jaya Mandiri Putra Mighty. In this study using quantitative methods. The population in this study was 50 with the total sample taken from the entire population, namely 50 respondents. The sampling technique is a saturated sample where the entire population is used as a sample. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire and analyzed the data using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the student version of Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) 3.3.3 software. The research results obtained are: The Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The t-statistic value is 2.504 > 1.96 with a large influence of 0.278 and a P value of 0.012 <0.05. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The t-statistic value is 2.736 > 1.96 with a large influence of 0.306 and a P value of 0.006 <0.05. Extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The t-statistic value is 4.319 > 1.96 with a large influence of 0.460 and a P value of 0.000 <0.05.
