Abstract

ABSTRACT Titiّ Rahmahّ (2221190065),ّ 2023.ّ “The Role of Community Library (TBM) Tukik House in Improving The artistic Creativity of Children and Adolescents inّ Banduluّ Villageّ Anyerّ Districtّ Banten”.ّ Departementّ ofّ Non-Formal Education. Pd This study aims to determine the role of Community Library (TBM) Tukik House in improving the artistic creativity of children and adolescents in Bandulu Village Anyer District Banten. In this study, researchers used descriptive methods with a qualitative approach and in data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation, Respondents in this study amounted to 10 people, namely the TBM chairman, TBM manager, and TBM visitors. The things that are examined in the results of the implementation of this entrepreneurship training are (1) The role of TBM (2) The artistic creativity of children and youth TBM (3) The obstacles faced. The results of the research conducted show that TBM Rumah Tukik has a role as a source of learning, a source of information, and a place of recreation-education for children and adolescents in the local area through this role TBM Tukik House provides various creative activities both in the fields of literacy and artistic creativity. One of the activities that are of great interest to children and adolescents at TBM Rumah Tukik is artistic creativity. It is proven that through the activities of artistic creativity of children and adolescents TBM aspects of creativity increase including: flexibility, fluency, originality, elaboration, and sensitivity. However, in its implementation, the TBM in carrying out its functions and duties is not fully maximized, there are several obstacles faced by the Tukik House TBM, namely: the busyness of children, the lack of insight of managers, and facilities and infrastructure. Thus, TBM Rumah Tukik acts as a means of learning and developing interests and talents for children and adolescents in improving their artistic creativity. Pd Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peran Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM) Rumah Tukik Dalam Meningkatkan Kreativitas Seni Anak dan Remaja Di Kelurahan Bandulu Kecamatan Anyer Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dalam penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang, termasuk pengelola TBM, ketua TBM, dan pengunjung TBM. Adapun hal yang di teliti dalam peran TBM dalam meningkatkan kreativitas seni ini adalah (1) Peran TBM (2) Kreativitas seni anak dan remaja TBM (3) Hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi. Hasil penelitian yang sudah di lakukan menunjukan bahwa TBM Rumah Tukik memiliki peran sebagai sumber belajar, sumber informasi, dan tempat rekreasi-edukasi bagi anak dan remaja daerah setempat melalui peran tersebut TBM Rumah Tukik menyediakan berbagai kegiatan kreativitas baik dalam bidang literasi dan kreativitas seni. Kegiatan yang sangat diminati anak dan remaja TBM Rumah Tukik salah satunya kegiatan kreativitas seni. Terbukti melalui kegiatan kreativitas seni anak dan remaja TBM memiliki aspek-aspek kreativitas yang meningkat yang mencakup yaitu: flexibility (keluwesan), fluency (kelancaran), originality (keaslian), elaboration (keterperincian), dan sensitivity (kepekaan). Namun, pada pelaksanaannya TBM dalam menjalankan fungsi dan tugasnya tidak sepenuhnya maksimal ada beberapa hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi TBM Rumah Tukik yaitu: kesibukan anak-anak, kurangnya wawasan pengelola, serta sarana dan prasarana. Dengan demikian, TBM Rumah Tukik berperan sebagai sarana belajar serta pengembangan minat dan bakat bagi anak dan remaja dalam meningkatkan kreativitas seni mereka.
