Abstract

A slope is a land surface area with a certain slant due to elevation differences. In unstable conditions, the slope has the potential to slide, so it is necessary to carry out a stability analysis and determine the value of the safety factor. This study examines the slopes near the student center building on the construction project of the new campus of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, located in Sindangsari. The main purpose of this study is to determine the value of the slope safety factor, both without reinforcement and after being reinforced with bored piles and sheet piles. The analysis was carried out at the slope points of T3 and T4 using the Felenius method and Rocscience Slide 6.0 software. The calculated loads are road pavement loads, vehicle loads, and earthquake loads.On the slopes of T3, the value of the safety factor for conditions without reinforcement from the results of software analysis is 0.734 and from the results of manual calculations is 0.765, while the value of the slope safety factor reinforced by bored piles from the results of software analysis is 1.305 and from the results of manual calculations is 1.245, while the value of the slope safety factor reinforced by sheet pile from the results of software analysis is 1.271 and from the results of manual calculations is 1.216. Then on the slope of T4, the value of the safety factor for conditions without reinforcement from the results of software analysis is 0.871 and from the results of manual calculations is 0.850, while the value of the slope safety factor reinforced by bored pile from the results of software analysis is 1.459 and from the results of manual calculations is 1.417, while the value of the slope safety factor is reinforced by sheet pile from the results of software analysis of 1.424 and from the results of manual calculations of 1.383.

Additional Information: Lereng merupakan bidang permukaan tanah dengan kemiringan tertentu akibat perbedaan elevasi. Dalam kondisi yang tidak stabil, lereng berpotensi mengalami kelongsoran sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis stabilitas agar diketahui nilai faktor keamanannya. Penelitian ini meninjau titik lereng di dekat gedung student center pada proyek pembangunan kampus baru Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa yang berlokasi di Sindangsari. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui nilai faktor keamanan lereng baik tanpa perkuatan maupun setelah diperkuat bored pile dan sheet pile. Analisis dilakukan pada titik lereng T3 dan T4 menggunakan metode fellenius dan software Rocscience Slide 6.0. Beban yang diperhitungkan berupa beban perkerasan jalan, beban kendaraan, dan beban gempa. Pada lereng T3, nilai faktor keamanan untuk kondisi tanpa perkuatan dari hasil analisis software sebesar 0,734 dan dari hasil perhitungan manual sebesar 0,765, sedangkan nilai faktor keamanan lereng diperkuat bored pile dari hasil analisis software sebesar 1,305 dan dari hasil perhitungan manual sebesar 1,245, sedangkan nilai faktor keamanan lereng diperkuat sheet pile dari hasil analisis software sebesar 1,271 dan dari hasil perhitungan manual sebesar 1,216. Kemudian pada lereng T4, nilai faktor keamanan untuk kondisi tanpa perkuatan dari hasil analisis software sebesar 0,871 dan dari hasil perhitungan manual sebesar 0,850, sedangkan nilai faktor keamanan lereng diperkuat bored pile dari hasil analisis software sebesar 1,459 dan dari hasil perhitungan manual sebesar 1,417, sedangkan nilai faktor keamanan lereng diperkuat sheet pile dari hasil analisis software sebesar 1,424 dan dari hasil perhitungan manual sebesar 1,383.
