Abstract

Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecepatan maksimal dengan perbandingan rasio gir 1.89, 1.00, dan 1.50. Pengujian dilakukan dengan dua kategori yaitu laju lurus dan laju belok. Pengujian dilakukan melalui dua pengujian yaitu pengujian secara teori (rumus) dan pengujian langsung dilapangan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen murni (true experimental) yang dilakukan pengujian laju lurus dan laju belok dengan tiga perbandingan rasio gir untuk mencapai kecepatan yang maksimal. Hasil dari pengujian kalkulasi menghitung kecepatan Motor BLDC (RPM) menghasilkan 617 RPM dan 598 RPM, kemudian hasil dari pengujian lapangan menghasilkan kecepatan maksimal pada laju lurus 32 km/h dan laju belok 25 km/h. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kecepatan mobil listrik kaibon dipengaruhi oleh rasio gir. Maka semakin kecil rasio gir semakin bertambah hasil kecepatan mobil listrik kaibon. Penelitian ini memiliki perbedaan terhadap hipotesis yang telah ditentukan karna adanya faktor perbedaan secara teori (rumus) dan pengujian secara langsung dilapangan.

Additional Information: Research that aims to determine the maximum speed with a ratio of gear ratios 1.89, 1.00, and 1.50. The test was carried out in two categories, namely straight speed and turning speed. The test is carried out through two tests, namely testing the formula calculation and direct testing in the field. The results of the calculation test calculate the speed of the BLDC Motor (RPM) to produce 617 RPM and 598 RPM, then the results of field tests produce a maximum speed at a straight speed of 32 km/h and a turning speed of 25 km/h. This research method uses a true experimental type of research which tests straight speed and turning speed with three gear ratio ratios to achieve maximum speed. The results of this study are that the speed of the kaibon electric car is influenced by the gear ratio. So the smaller the gear ratio, the higher the speed of the kaibon electric car. This study has differences from the hypotheses that have been determined because of the differences in calculations and direct testing.
