Abstract

Kelapa Gading merupakan kota dalam lingkup aglomerasi Jabodetabek sehingga diperlukan kualitas internet yang baik. Layanan seluler 5G dari operator Telkomsel telah tersedia di kota ini sehingga perlu dilakukan pengukuran Quality Of Service (QoS) jaringan internet untuk mengetahui nilai parameter bandwidth, packet loss, throughput, delay dan jitter. Penelitian dilakukan pada wilayah Kecamatan Kelapa Gading. Pengujian dilakukan di 5 (lima) titik area berbeda dan tiga waktu yang berbeda menggunakan software Wireshark dan Axence NetTools. Hasil pengujian diperoleh nilai QoS tertinggi yaitu di Menara Satu Sentra dengan nilai delay 2,282 ms, jitter 2,225 ms, throughput 12.670. 950 bps, packet loss 0 % dengan nilai bandwidth 94.256.721 bps, sedangkan nilai QoS terendah dimiliki oleh Taman Gading Putih dengan nilai delay 3,446 ms, jitter 3,298 ms, throughput 8.483.121 bps, packet loss 0 % dengan nilai bandwidth 73.012.241 bps. Secara keseluruhan dalam kondisi bagus menurut standar TIPHON.

Additional Information: Kelapa Gading is a city within the Jabodetabek agglomeration, so good internet quality is required. 5G cellular service from Telkomsel operator is available in this city so it is necessary to measure the Quality Of Service (QoS) of the internet network to determine the parameter values of bandwidth, packet loss, throughput, delay and jitter. The research was conducted in the Kelapa Gading District. The test was conducted in 5 (five) different area points and three different times using Wireshark and Axence NetToolssoftware. The test results obtained the highest QoS value at Menara Satu Sentra with a delay value of 2.282 ms, jitter 2.225 ms, throughput 12.670. 950 bps, 0% packet loss with a bandwidth value of 94,256,721 Bps, while the lowest QoS value is owned by Taman Gading Putih with a delay value of 3,446 ms, jitter 3,298 ms, throughput 8,483,121 bps, packet loss 0% with a bandwidth value of 73,012,241 bps. Overall in good condition by TIPHON standards.
