Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, and employee engagement on job performance through psychological capital and burnout as moderation. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a causal approach. The object of research on employees of PT. Luhai Industrial Cikande Serang used a sample of 110 respondents. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 – 10. The data were analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3.29 software. The results of this study stated that: 1). emotional intelligence has no significant effect on job performance. 2). employee engagement has a significant positive effect on job performance. 3). emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on psychological capital. 4). psychological capital has a significant positive effect on Job Performance. 5). psychological capital can mediate the effect of emotional intelligence on job performance. 6). burnout strengthens the relationship between employee engagement and job performance. 7). Burnout weakens the relationship of psychological capital to Job Performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh emotional intelligence, dan employee engagement terhadap job performance melalui psychological capital dan burnout sebagai moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Objek penelitian pada karyawan PT. Luhai Industrial Cikande Serang menggunakan sampel 110 responden. Jawaban kuesioner diukur menggunakan skala interval 1 – 10. Data dianalisis menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS Versi 3.29. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: 1). emotional intelligence tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job performance. 2). employee engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap job performance. 3). emotional intelligence berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap psycological capital. 4). psycological capital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Job Performance. 5). psycological capital dapat memediasi pengaruh emotional intelligence terhadap job performance. 6). burnout memperkuat hubungan employee engagement terhadap job performance. 7). Burnout memperlemah hubungan psycological capital terhadap Job Performance. | |||||||||
