Abstract

Scheduling is one of the important things in the world of work, by scheduling good and optimal employees will have a positive impact to streamline time and work to further optimize the number of human resources, one of which is the company PT Krakatau Jasa Samudera. Integer Linear Programming is one of the models that can be used for optimization with linear objective functions, linear constraint functions and integer variables. The purpose of this study is to get an optimal solution from the number of operations division employees assigned when carrying out the loading and unloading process on the ship using the help of LINGO 20.0 software. From the results of the study, an optimal solution was obtained with all the restrictions met from a total of 31 workers, which can be minimized to 26 employees of the operating division. The results of the implementation can be seen that it is able to produce an optimal schedule while minimizing the large number of employees. Additional Information: Penjadwalan adalah salah satu hal yang penting di dalam dunia kerja, dengan melakukan penjadwalan karyawan yang baik dan optimal akan memberikan dampak yang positif untuk mengefisienkan waktu dan pekerjaan menjadi lebih optimal dari jumlah sumber daya manusia, salah satunya pada perusahaan PT Krakatau Jasa Samudera. Integer Linear Programming merupakan salah satu model yang dapat digunakan untuk pengoptimalisasian dengan fungsi objektif linear, fungsi kendala linear dan variabel bilangan bulat. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendapatkan solusi yang optimal dari jumlah karyawan divisi operasi yang ditugaskan pada saat melakukan proses bongkar muat di kapal dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak LINGO 20.0. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan solusi yang optimal dengan semua batasan yang terpenuhi dari total pekerja dimiliki sebanyak 31 orang, dapat diminimalisasikan menjadi 26 orang karyawan divisi operasi. Hasil dari implementasi dapat dilihat bahwa mampu menghasilkan jadwal yang optimal sekaligus meminimalkan banyaknya jumlah karyawan. Kata Kunci: Integer Linear Programming, optimalisasi, penjadwalan
