Abstract

Sate Bandeng is traditional food of Banten. As the indigeneous asset of Banten Province it has the good opportunity to develope. The researchs and database about this product are poor. The aim of this study was identify the characteristic, diversity, and consumers preference of sate banten in Banten used persons, concentrated in Serang district, and become a main job for the sate bandeng makers
