Abstract
This research focuses on the tofu industry sector development program in Lopang Village. One of the problems studied in this study is that the DinkopUKMPerindag of Serang City does not provide information to tofu craftsmen about the training that will be held. This research aims to evaluate the Small and Medium Industry Development Program (Case Study of Tofu Craftsmen in Lopang Village) using the CIPP theory by Daniel Stufflebeam (2003). This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by analyzing the results of interviews, observations, interviews, documentation and document studies. The results of this study indicate that based on the program evaluation proposed by Stufflebeam (2003), the IKM Development Program Case Study of Tofu Craftsmen in Lopang Village has not fully run well including: i) context, does not solve the problem according to the needs of tofu craftsmen; ii) input, mentoring activities are still carried out accidentally; iii) process, there are still some obstacles, iv) product, has not achieved the program objectives of improving the quality and quantity of tofu products.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini berfokus pada program pengembangan sektor industri tahu di Kelurahan Lopang. Salah satu masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah DinkopUKMPerindag Kota Serang kurang memberikan informasi kepada pengrajin tahu mengenai pelatihan yang akan diselenggarakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Program Pengembangan Industri Kecil Menengah (Studi Kasus Pengrajin Tahu di Kelurahan Lopang) dengan menggunakan teori CIPP oleh Daniel Stufflebeam (2003). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menganalisis hasil wawancara, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan evaluasi program yang dikemukakan oleh Stufflebeam (2003), Program Pengembangan IKM Studi Kasus Pengrajin Tahu Di Kelurahan Lopang belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan baik diantaranya: i) context, tidak menyelesaikan masalah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengrajin tahu; ii) input, kegiatan pendampingan masih dilakukan secara accidental; iii) process, masih terdapat beberapa hambatan, iv) product, belum mencapai tujuan program yaitu meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produk tahu. | |||||||||
