Abstract
Taktakan Subdistrict has the potential of the agricultural sector that can still be developed. This can be seen from the availibility of wide area of land/gardens and fields. Taktakan Subdistrict is the largest subdistrict of the horticulture subsector in Serang City. Therefore, to support the agricultural sector in Taktakan Subdistrict, an approach called the land rent approach is needed to study economic revenues from the use of land resources for production. The purpose of this research is to identify the value of the land rent of each agricultural commodity in Taktakan Subdistrict, Serang City, and identify the area of agricultural commodities in Taktakan Subdistrict, Serang City based on the land rent approach. The method used in this study is the land rent method. The result of this research show that the commodity with the highest land rent value in Taktakan Subdistrict was pepper commodity of Rp 38.077,78/ m2 per year, while the commodity with the lowest land rent value was peanut commodity of Rp 2,137 / m2 per year. The results of agricultural commodities zoning in Taktakan Subdistrict based on land rent analysis : commodities with the closest distance are eggplant commodities with distance of 6.8 km from the center of Rau Market, while commodities with the furthest distance are mahogany commodities with a distance of 18.3 km from the wood sales center in Karangantu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Mengidentifikasi nilai land rent masing- masing komoditi pertanian di Kecamatan Taktakan, Kota Serang, dan 2) Mengidentifikasi perwilayahan komoditas pertanian di Kecamatan Taktakan, Kota Serang berdasarkan pendekatan sewa lahan (land rent). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai land rent tertinggi masing- masing komoditi pertanian di Kecamatan Taktakan adalah sebagai berikut : komoditi padi sebesar Rp 2.444,67/m2 per tahun, komoditi kacang tanah sebesar Rp 2.137/m2 per tahun, komoditi ubi kayu sebesar Rp 2.736,47/m2 per tahun, komoditi kacang panjang sebesar Rp 10.364/m2 per tahun, komoditi mentimun sebesar Rp 11.817,50/m2 per tahun, komoditi terung sebesar Rp 9.570/m2 per tahun, komoditi durian sebesar Rp 33.369,44/m2 per tahun, komoditi melinjo sebesar Rp 4.837,50/m2 per tahun, komoditi jengkol sebesar Rp 6.920,42/m2 per tahun, komoditi mangga sebesar Rp 6.262,35/m2 per tahun, komoditi nangka sebesar Rp 8.888/m2 per tahun, komoditi pisang sebesar Rp 5.393,21/m2 per tahun, komoditi rambutan sebesar Rp 18.557,50/m2 per tahun, komoditi sukun sebesar Rp 18.665,88/m2 per tahun, komoditi pete sebesar Rp 13.920,00/m2 per tahun, komoditi salak sebesar Rp 9.987,50/m2 per tahun, tertinggi komoditi sawo sebesar Rp 10.370/m2 per tahun, komoditi pepaya sebesar Rp 27.644,44/m2 per tahun, komoditi kakao sebesar Rp 7.877,78/m2 per tahun, komoditi kelapa sebesar Rp 14.722,22/m2 per tahun, komoditi lada sebesar Rp 38.077,78/m2 per tahun, komoditi mahoni sebesar Rp 16.792/m2 per 8 tahun, komoditi jabon sebesar Rp 26.483,33/m2 per 5 tahun, dan komoditi albasia sebesar Rp 38.031,85/m2 per 5 tahun. | ||||||||||||
