Abstract

ABSTRACT FUND DISBURSEMENT ORDER REPORTING ACCOUNTING SYSTEM (SP2D) (CASE STUDY ON THE TRIBE OF THE WEST JAKARTA ADMINISTRATIVE CITY REGIONAL FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AGENCY) By: Nadya Salwa Nurohmah NIM. 5501200024 The purpose of writing this Final Project is to find out the Accounting System for Reporting Disbursement Orders (SP2D) (Case Study on the Tribe of the West Jakarta Administrative City Regional Financial Management Agency). The method used in writing this Final Project is a descriptive method, this writing uses primary data and secondary data obtained from the Tribe of the Regional Financial Management Agency of West Jakarta Administration City. Data sources come from field research and literature. How to collect data through observation, documentation, interviews collected from the Tribe of the West Jakarta City Administration Regional Financial Management Agency. Based on the results of the research obtained that the accounting system for reporting Disbursement Orders (SP2D) (Case Study on the Tribe of the Regional Financial Management Agency of West Jakarta Administration City uses the Regional Financial Management Information System (SIPD) application and is in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah metode deskriptif, penulisan ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Suku Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Sumber data berasal dari penelitian lapangan dakn kepustakaan. Cara pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara yang dikumpulkan dari Suku Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa sistem akuntansi pelaporan Surat Perintah Pencairan Dana (SP2D) (Studi Kasus pada Suku Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat menggunakan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (SIPD) dan sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP).
