Abstract

Petir Traditional Market is a market located in Petir District, Serang Regency which includes vegetable traders. There are two types of vegetable traders, some have fixed stalls and some sell on expanses or overhangs that are not settled. The types of vegetable materials tend to be different or varied, with overlay traders predominantly selling local vegetable products, while traders who have building stalls sell vegetable products that are more diverse in origin. This difference is caused by differences in capital owned. With the difference in capital, whether the greater the capital spent by traders will result in greater income or profit. This study aims to analyze and determine the amount of costs incurred by the vegetable trader's business for one month and analyze how much revenue and income obtained from the business of vegetable traders in Petir market, Petir District, Serang Regency. This can determine the amount of income earned, so that it can be said that the business is profitable. Determination of location intentionally (purposive) in Petir market, Petir District, Serang Regency. The data used in this study include primary data and secondary data. The method of determining the sample using saturated sampling method (census) with Non Probablity sampling. The data analysis research method used to determine costs is total cost analysis with the formula TC = TFC + TVC, revenue analysis with the formula TR = P x Q to determine revenue, and income analysis with the formula π = TR - TC, to determine income. The business cost structure of vegetable traders consists of fixed costs and variable costs. Fixed costs incurred from all vegetable trader businesses in Pasar Petir for one month averaged Rp. 396,591 and variable costs incurred during one month averaged Rp. 60,614,167. The total costs incurred by vegetable traders amounted to Rp. 61,010,758. The average income of vegetable traders' businesses for one month amounted to Rp. 128. 177,425, then this is said to be profitable because the total revenue is greater than the total cost. Where total revenue amounted to Rp. 67,166,667, and total costs amounted to Rp. 61,010,758.

Pasar Tradisional Petir merupakan pasar Kecamatan yang didalamnya terdapat pedagang sayuran. Tempat berjualan pedagang sayuran ini ada dua macam, ada yang memiliki lapak tetap dan ada yang berjualan di hamparan atau emperan yang tidak menetap. Jenis bahan sayuran cenderung berbeda, pedagang hamparan dominan menjual produk sayuran lokal, sedangkan pedagang yang memiliki lapak menjual produk sayuran yang lebih beragam asal usulnya. Perbedaan ini disebabkan oleh perbedaan modal yang dimiliki. Apakah semakin besar modal akan berakibat semakin besar pendapatan atau keuntungannya? Hal ini perlu dijawab melalui suatu penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui jumlah biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh usaha pedagang sayuran selama satu bulan dan menganalisis berapa besar penerimaan dan pendapatan yang diperoleh dari hasil usaha pedagang sayuran di Pasar Petir, Kecamatan Petir, Kabupaten Serang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sampling jenuh (sensus), dengan penentuan lokasi secara sengaja (purposive) yaitu di Pasar Petir, Kecamatan Petir, Kabupaten Serang. Data yang terkumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Metode penelitian untuk analisis data yaitu menggunakan analisis biaya total dengan rumus TC = TFC + TVC, analisis penerimaan dengan rumus TR = P x Q, dan analisis pendapatan dengan rumus = TR – TC. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa struktur biaya usaha pedagang sayuran terdiri dari biaya tetap dan biaya variabel. Biaya tetap yang dikeluarkan dari seluruh pedagang sayuran di Pasar Petir selama satu bulan rata-ratanya sebesar Rp. 396.591 dan biaya variabel sebesar Rp. 60.614.167. Total biaya yang dikeluarkan pedagang sayuran sebesar Rp. 61.010.758. Sedangkan pendapatan rata-rata usaha pedagang sayuran selama satu bulan sebesar Rp. 128. 177.425, maka hal ini dikatakan untung karena total penerimaan lebih besar dari total biaya. Dimana total penerimaan pedagang sayuran sebesar Rp. 67.166.667 dan total biaya pedagang sayuran sebesar Rp. 61.010.758.
