Abstract
This research was conducted to produce character based on Student Worksheets (LKS) and finded out of character based on LKS as teaching material at the class X senior high school in Serang. This research used to developed in 4D developed mode. Assessment of the test, LKS used an instrument that are adjusted to the developed character values. Analysis of research data used descriptive statistical analysis by calculating assessment indicators that are in accordance with the aspects of character based on LKS. Character based on LKS results, test obtained an average value of 67% with categories. These results character based on LKS on plant material was being used as teaching material at the class X senior high school in Serang.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) berbasis karakter dan mengetahui kelayakan LKS berbasis karakter sebagai bahan ajar untuk siswa SMA kelas X di Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and development) yang mengacu pada model pengembangan 4D, sampai tahap pengembangan (develop). Penilaian kelayakan LKS menggunakan instrument yang disesuaikan dengan pengembangan nilai-nilai karakter. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan menghitung indikator penilaian yang sesuai dengan aspek kelayakan LKS berbasis karakter. Hasil uji kelayakan LKS berbasis karakter memperoleh nilai rata-rata 67% dengan kategori layak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut LKS berbasis karakter pada materi tumbuhan layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar untuk siswa SMA kelas X di Kabupaten Serang | |||||||||
