Abstract
Interpersonal communication is one of the important things in social life, as social beings created by Allah SWT. Without realizing it, we actually have interpersonal communication with family, friends, and teachers. Teacher interpersonal communication is very necessary in the relationship between teachers and students so that it can influence other organisms (students), one of which is to increase student learning motivation. Class XII is the final level of SMA/SMK education, where there are many exams that require good study motivation. This research was conducted to find out whether there is an influence of teacher interpersonal communication in learning on the learning motivation of class XII Multimedia students at SMKN 5 Kota Tangerang and how strong the influence is. The SOR theory assumes that if a person is given a certain stimulus, it will also produce certain attitudes/actions, in this case teacher interpersonal communication (stimulus), class XII students (organisms), learning motivation (response). The approach used in this study is quantitative with a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents (students). This study shows the hypothesis that there is an influence of teacher interpersonal communication in learning on the learning motivation of class XII students at SMKN 5 Tangerang City of 0.757, which means that the relationship is strong, and also this value is positive, which means that if the teacher's interpersonal communication is high it will result in student learning motivation high too. Apart from that, from the calculation of the existing research data, the results of the coefficient of determination were 57.3%, which indicated that students' learning motivation was influenced by this value, while 42.7% was influenced by other factors.

| Additional Information: | Komunikasi interpersonal merupakan salah satu hal penting dalam kehidupan sosial, sebagai makhluk sosial yang diciptakan oleh Allah SWT. Tanpa kita sadari sebenarnya kita telah melakukan komunikasi interpersonal dengan keluarga, teman, dan guru. Komunikasi interpersonal guru sangat diperlukan dalam hubungan antara guru dengan murid sehingga dapat mempengaruhi organisme yang lain (murid), salah satunya meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Kelas XII merupakan tingkat akhir dari jenjang pendidikan SMA/SMK yang dimana banyak ujian – ujian yang membutuhkan motivasi belajar yang baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru dalam Pembelajaran terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas XII Multimedia SMKN 5 Kota Tangerang dan seberapa besar kekuatan pengaruhnya. Pada teori SOR beranggapan bahwa jika seseorang diberi stimulus tertentu maka akan menghasilkan sikap / tindakan tertentu pula, dalam hal ini komunikasi interpersonal guru (stimulus), siswa kelas XII (organisme), motivasi belajar (respon). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode survey menggunakan angket kuisioner yang disebar ke 100 responden (siswa). Penelitian ini menunjukkan hipotesis bahwa adanya pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal guru dalam pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XII SMKN 5 Kota Tangerang sebesar 0,757 yang artinya hubungan tersebut bersifat Kuat, dan juga nilai ini bersifat Positif yang artinya jika komunikasi interpersonal guru tinggi maka akan menghasilkan motivasi belajar siswa yang tinggi juga. Selain itu dari perhitungan data penelitian yang ada diperoleh hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 57,3%, yang menandakan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh nilai ini, sementara 42,7% dipegaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. | |||||||||
