Abstract
At the Health Department of Cilegon City, indications were found that there was an influence of motivation, work culture, and work environment on performance. In this study, we will look for how much influence motivation, work culture and work environment have on performance and how much influence work culture and work environment have on performance. Structural equation modeling (SEM) is a common and very useful multivariate analysis technique that includes specialized versions in a number of other analytical methods as special cases. Statistical techniques used to build and test statistical models are usually in the form of causal models. Based on the results of the study, it was found that work culture and work environment affect motivation with factor values of 0.311 and 0.637, in order. Additional Information: | Pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Cilegon ditemukan indikasi bahwa adanya pengaruh motivasi, budaya kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja. Pada penelitian ini akan dicari seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi, budaya kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja dan seberapa besar pengaruh budaya kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja. Structural equation modeling (SEM) adalah teknik analisis multivariat yang umum dan sangat bermanfaat yang meliputi versi-versi khusus dalam jumlah metode analisis lainnya sebagai kasus-kasus khusus. Teknik statistik yang digunakan untuk membangun dan menguji model statistik yang biasanya dalam bentuk model-model sebab akibat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat bahwa budaya kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi dengan nilai faktor masing-masing adalah 0,311 dan 0,637.
