Abstract
One of the problems in learning mathematics today is the lack of use of learned media to support students' success in training their mathematical communication skills. Based on these problems, this research aimed to produce Student Worksheet Using Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending (CORE) Models that are feasible to use (valid and practical) and effective to Facilitate Mathematical Communication Skills of Junior School Students on Flat Faces Solid Figures Material. This type of research is Research and Development (R & D), which refers to the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). It was administered at State Junior High School 12 Tangerang City with research subjects of class IX.8 students for the 2022/2023 Academic Year, a total of 35 students. The data collection technique used was validity data from validation sheets by material experts, practicality data from teacher and student response questionnaires, along effectiveness data from mathematical communication skills tests. The results of this study indicate that the developed student worksheet meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness The percentage validity of material and media experts is 81.1%, and 82.0% with very valid criteria. The practicality percentage of the teacher and student response questionnaire was 82.7%, and 75.6% with very practical and practical criteria. The percentage of student completeness is 78.1% was declared effective with high criteria, so the student worksheet facilitated mathematical communication skills. Thus, the student worksheet developed in this study is feasible to use.

Additional Information: | Salah satu permasalahan dalam pembelajaran matematika saat ini adalah kurangnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran untuk mendukung keberhasilan siswa terhadap pelatihan kemampuan komunikasi matematisnya. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) menggunakan model Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending (CORE) yang layak digunakan (valid dan praktis) dan efektif untuk memfasilitasi kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa SMP pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R & D) yang mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Penelitian dilakukan di SMPN 12 Kota Tangerang dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas IX.8 Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data validitas dari lembar validasi oleh ahli materi, data kepraktisan dari angket respon guru dan siswa, serta data efektivitas dari tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LKS yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas. Persentase validitas dari ahli materi dan ahli media adalah 81,1% dan 82,0% berkriteria sangat valid. Persentase kepraktisan dari angket respon guru dan siswa adalah 82,7% dan 75,6% berkriteria sangat praktis dan praktis. Persentase ketuntasan siswa adalah 78,1% dinyatakan efektif dengan kriteria tinggi, sehingga LKS sudah memfasilitasi kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Dengan demikian, LKS yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini sudah layak digunakan. | |||||||||
