Abstract

Procedure for Reporting SPT PPh 21 Individuals Through E-Filing at Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Banten By: Fina Amalia Azzahra Tax is one of the state opinions that can describe a country's economy, which comes from the people and will be used by the government to finance the necessary expenditures. Paying taxes is an obligation for Indonesian Citizens (WNI). One of the taxes that contributes to state revenue is Income Tax (PPh) 21 This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate of the Banten Province in the Finance SUBBAG which is located in the Banten Provincial Government Center Area (KP3B) Palima - Serang. The purpose of this Final Project is to find out the Procedure for Reporting SPT PPh 21 Individuals Through E-Filing at Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Banten. The research used in this Final Project is a descriptive method and data collection is carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted at the Regional Inspectorate of Banten Province, it can be concluded that the agency has carried out Income Tax Reporting 21 in accordance with applicable tax regulations. Membayar pajak sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI). Salah satu pajak yang menyumbang sebagai pendapatan negara adalah Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Banten pada SUBBAG Keuangan yang berlokasi di Kawasan Pusat Pemerintahan Provinsi Banten (KP3B) Palima – Serang. Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui Prosedur Pelaporan SPT PPh 21 Orang Pribadi Melalui E-Filing Pada Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Banten. Penelitian yang digunakan pada Tugas Akhir ini adalah metode deskriptif dan untuk pengambilan data dilakukan denga cara observasi, wawancar, dan dokumentasi. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Banten dapat disimpulkan bahwa instansi telah melakukan Pelaporan Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 sesuai dengan peraturan pajak yang berlaku.
