Abstract

Procedure for Paying Employee Salaries at Banten Shipping Polytechnic By : Eni Cicasa This research was carried out at the Banten Shipping Polytechnic. The purpose of writing this final project is to find out how the procedure for paying salaries for Banten Shipping Polytechnic employees. The research method used is descriptive research. The data source in this study uses secondary data as the primary data. Data collection methods by means of literature studies, documentation and field research. Based on the results of the study, the procedure for paying salaries for Banten Shipping Polytechnic employees was carried out starting from supporting documents for salary changes issued by the HR department, attendance cards, attendance list recapitulation, payroll, salary recapitulation and salary statement letters. The process of paying employee salaries at the Banten Shipping Polytechnic has been running in accordance with applicable regulations. Keywords: Procedure, Payment of employee salary.

Additional Information: Prosedur Pembayaran Gaji Pegawai Pada Politeknik Pelayaran Banten Oleh : Eni Cicasa Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Politeknik Pelayaran Banten. Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pembayaran gaji pegawai Politeknik Pelayaran Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder sebagai data utama. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara studi kepustakaan, dokumentasi dan penelitian lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, prosedur pembayaran gaji pegawai Politeknik Pelayaran Banten dilakukan mulai dari dokumen pendukung perubahan gaji yang dikeluarkan oleh bagian SDM, kartu absensi, rekapitulasi daftar hadir, daftar gaji, rekapitulasi gaji dan surat pernyataan gaji. Proedur pembayaran gaji pegawai pada Politeknik Pelayaran Banten telah berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
