Abstract

REPORTING FINANCIAL REPORT PT. GAYA ABADI SEMPURNA, TBK TO THE INDONESIAN STOCK EXCHANGE By : Ahmad Noer Fahrezi This study aims to explain and analyze the procedures for reporting the financial statements of PT. Gaya Abadi Sempurna, Tbk to the Indonesia Stock Exchange based on Bapepam RI Regulation Number X.K.2: Submission of Periodic Financial Statements of Issuers or Public Companies, SEOJK RI Number 4/Seojk.04/2022, and IDX Regulation Number I-E concerning Obligations of Information Submission. The research method used is descriptive research. The data source in this study uses secondary data as the main data. Methods of data collection by way of literature study and field research. The method used in analyzing and processing the collected data is qualitative analysis. Based on the research results, PT. Gaya Abadi Perfect, Tbk reported its financial statements to the Indonesia Stock Exchange in accordance with Bapepam RI Regulation Number X.K.2: Submission of Periodic Financial Reports of Issuers or Public Companies, SEOJK RI Number 4/Seojk.04/2022, and IDX Regulation Number I-E regarding Obligations for Submitting Information. And found several internal and external obstacles. Internal errors such as format, nominal, or account errors in the process of preparing financial statements, external errors such as system errors/maintenance on the Indonesian Stock Exchange's website itself. Gaya Abadi Sempurna, Tbk ke Bursa Efek Indonesia berdasarkan Peraturan Bapepam RI Nomor X.K.2 : Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Berkala Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik, SEOJK RI Nomor 4 /Seojk.04/2022, dan Peraturan BEI Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder sebagai data utama. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara studi kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis dan mengolah data-data yang terkumpul adalah analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, PT. Gaya Abadi Sempurna, Tbk melakukan pelaporan laporan keuangannya ke Bursa Efek Indonesia sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Bapepam RI Nomor X.K.2: Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Berkala Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik, SEOJK RI Nomor 4 /Seojk.04/2022, dan Peraturan BEI Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi. Dan ditemukan beberapa kendala internal dan eksternal. Kesalahan internal seperti kesalahan format, nominal, ataupun akun dalam proses penyusunan laporan keuangan, kesalahan ekternalnya seperti sistem error/pemeliharaan pada web Bursa Efek Indonesia itu sendiri. Hal tersebut dapat di atasi dengan cukup baik oleh PT. Gaya Abadi Sempurna, Tbk.
