Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kinerja karyawan serta relevansinya terhadap peningkatan kinerja perusahaan untuk selalu mencapai titik tertinggi yang konsisten setiap waktu, perusahaan harus membuat kinerja karyawan di dalam selalu berada pada titik puncak sehingga kreativitas, loyalitas dan motivasi kerja karyawan selalu tersedia sebagai strategi utama dalam pencapaian Visi dan Misi perusahaan. Penurunan kinerja yang terjadi pada periode Tahun 2017 hingga 2021 karyawan diikuti dengan penurunan kuantitas pelatihan adalah indikasi penyebab turunnya kinerja karyawan. Model penelitian yang dibangun untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melibatkan transfer pelatihan, desain kerja digital, keterlibatan kerja dan moderasi dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan adalah tujuan utama penelitian dengan variabel. Menggunakan mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh menggunakan kuesioner serta populasi sebanyak 237 orang. Menggunakan Partial Least Square sebagai alat bantu statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan transfer pelatihan melalui mediasi desain kerja digital mampu mengoptimalkan kinerja secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, sebaliknya transfer pelatihan yang dimediasi keterlibatan kerja maupun melalui moderasi dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan tidak cukup signifikan meningkatkan kinerja. Implikasi manajerial dibuat menggunakan konsep POLC (Planning, Organizing, Leading, dan Controlling) sesuai dengan level manajerial. Additional Information: | The purpose of this study is to measure employee performance and its relevance to improving company performance. To always reach a consistent high point every time, companies must make internal employee performance always at its peak so that creativity, loyalty and employee motivation are always available as the main strategy in achievement of the company's Vision and Mission. The decline in performance that occurred in the period from 2017 to 2021 for employees followed by a decrease in the quantity of training is an indication of the cause of the decline in employee performance. The research model built to improve employee performance involves training transfer, digital work design, work engagement and moderation of perceived organizational support are the main objectives of research with variables. Using a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique using a questionnaire and a population of 237 people. Using Partial Least Square as a statistical tool. The results showed that the transfer of training through the mediation of digital work design was able to optimize performance directly or indirectly, whereas the transfer of training mediated by work involvement or through moderation of perceived organizational support did not significantly improve performance. Managerial implications are made using the POC concept (Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling) according to the managerial level. | |||||||||
