Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effect of organizational commitment, organizational culture and physical work environment on the perfor5mance of DISKOMINFO employees. The method used in this research is causal research with quantitative descriptive approach. In collecting data using a questionnaire with a total of 92 respondents using the Simple Random Sampling method with the Slovin formula, the data analysis technique using SmartPLS version.3.0. The results showed that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance and the Physical Work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Additional Information: Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh komitmen organisasi, Budaya organisasi dan Lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap Kinerja pegawai DISKOMINFO. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan total 92 responden dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel Simple Random Sampling dengan rumus slovin, teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS versi.3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Budaya Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
