Abstract

From 2018 to 2020, it has never achieved the target that the company expects to continue to evaluate the work of all employees in order to be the maximum to provide the best results for sales. Attendance in Alfamart Balaraja employees shows less than optimal performance, such as not being in working hours, getting sick without a doctor's letter, and information. So it is feared that each individual is not disciplined or his performance is not good which has an impact on the overall performance of the company. Associative research uses quantitative or statistical analysis techniques. Quantitative research is one type of research whose specifications are systematic, planned, and clearly structured from the beginning to the creation of the research design. The results showed that the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.230. From the results of data processing, the t-statistical value was obtained greater than the t-table value (3,140 1.96) with a p-value of 0.002. The results showed that Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.407. From the results of data processing, a t-statistical value was obtained greater than the t-table value (5,690 1.96) with a p-value of 0.000. The results showed that training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.369. From the results of data processing, a t-statistical value was obtained greater than the t-table value (4,371 1.96) with a p-value of 0.000. The results showed that incentives have a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.128. From the results of data processing, a t-statistical value was obtained smaller than the t-table value (1,646 1.96) with a p-value of 0.100. It is hoped that subsequent researchers can expand the sample until the results of the analysis in future studies are better It is recommended that future research can develop this research by replacing or adding other variables and using other better measuring instruments.

Additional Information: Tahun 2018 sampai 2020 belum pernah mencapai target yang diharapkan perusahaan terus mengevaluasi hasil kerja seluruh karyawan agar menjadi maksimal memberikan hasil terbaik untuk penjualan. Absensi pada karyawan Alfamart Balaraja menunjukkan kinerja yang kurang maksimal, seperti tidak berada di jam kerja, sakit tanpa surat dokter, dan keterangan. Maka dikhawatirkan setiap individu tidak disiplin atau kinerjanya tidak baik yang berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan.Penelitian asosiatif menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif atau statistik. Penelitian kuantitatif adalah salah satu jenis penelitian yang spesifikasinya adalah sistematis, terencana, dan terstruktur dengan jelas sejak awal hingga pembuatan desain penelitiannya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai original sample bernilai 0,230. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan nilai t-statistik lebih besar dari t-tabel bernilai (3.140 1,96) dengan nilai p-value 0.002. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai original sample bernilai 0,369. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan nilai t-statistik lebih besar dari t-tabel bernilai (4.371 1,96) dengan nilai p-value 0.000. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Insentif berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai original sample bernilai 0,128. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan nilai t-statistik lebih kecil dari t-tabel bernilai (1.646 1,96) dengan nilai p-value 0.100. Diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya dapat memperluas sampel hingga hasil analisis pada penelitian mendatang lebih baik Disarankan agar penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan mengganti atau menambah variabel lain dan menggunakan alat ukur lain yang lebih baik.
