Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic also had an impact on the construction sector, the activities of personnel in construction projects were limited and communication was hampered. With the various impacts that have occurred due to the Covid-19 pandemic, on the other hand, the domestic construction sector must also continue. Therefore, what can be done now is to adapt to Covid-19 by referring to the InMen PUPR. This study aims to determine the application of SMKK in the Construction Project of UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, to find out the dominant factors that hinder SMKK in the construction project of UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, and to find out ways to overcome the existing obstacles in the implementation of SMKK in UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten Construction Project in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. From the results of the study, it was found that the dominant factor inhibiting SMKK was K3 which was applied not in accordance with applicable SMKK standards/provisions (X3.4) with a regression coefficient of 0,351, there were no strict sanctions for workers who violated K3 (X3.5) with a regression coefficient of 0,342 and lack of understanding of workers about Covid-19 (X3.7) with a regression coefficient of 0,382.

| Additional Information: | Pandemi Covid-19 juga berdampak pada sektor konstruksi, aktivitas personel di proyek konstruksi menjadi terbatas dan komunikasi menjadi terhambat. Dengan berbagai dampak yang terjadi akibat pandemi Covid-19, di sisi lain sektor konstruksi dalam negeri juga harus tetap berjalan. Karena itu, yang bisa dilakukan saat ini adalah beradaptasi dengan Covid-19 dengan mengacu pada InMen PUPR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan SMKK pada Proyek Pembangunan UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten di era pandemi Covid-19, untuk mengetahui faktor dominan yang menghambat SMKK pada proyek pembangunan UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten di era pandemi Covid-19, serta mengetahui cara mengatasi kendala yang ada dalam pelaksanaan SMKK di Proyek Pembangunan UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten di era pandemi Covid-19. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui faktor dominan penghambat SMKK adalah K3 yang diterapkan tidak sesuai standar/ketentuan SMKK yang berlaku (X3.4) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,351; tidak ada sanksi tegas bagi pekerja yang melanggar K3 (X3.5) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,342; dan kurangnya pemahaman pekerja tentang Covid-19 (X3.7) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,382. | |||||||||
