Abstract
Sumenep Regency as one of the cities with tourism potential that requires a lot of airports with a good level of comfort, for this reason it is necessary to carry out an analysis related to the development of Trunojoyo Airport facilities in Sumenep Regency. This research using a descriptive quantitative research method discusses the development of facilities that support comfort and safety at Trunojoyo - Sumenep Airport and aims to determine passenger movements, determine the existing conditions of the airport, and also identify efforts to develop these airport facilities. Trunojoyo Airport has land side facilities or a terminal building with an area of 3600 m^2 and air side facilities with specification dimensions of runway 1600 m x 30 m, runway (A) 40 m x 10 m, runway (B) 75 m x 15 m, parking ramp (A) 40 m x 40 m, and parking ramp (B) 160 m x 75 m. The results showed that by using the SNI 03-7046-2004 method, the land side facilities of Trunojoyo Airport still met the analytical calculation standards of the method used. As for the airside facilities of Trunojoyo Airport based on the analysis method using the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) it requires development in several parts, namely 1227 m for a runway length of 1600 m and 15 m for a width of 30 m, 8 m for a runway width - connecting (taxiway) of 15 m, and 17 m for the width of the runway-parking (apron) of 75 m.
