Abstract

The world is currently amid the Covid-19 pandemic, and Indonesia is no exception, especially in the city of South Tangerang, which has been affected by Covid-19. Corona Virus is an RNA virus with a particle size of 120 – 160 hm, which is named SARS-CoV-2 (Sosilo, 2020). The spread of the virus is so fast that it affects all activities, including traffic activities. This study aims to determine the Performance of Road Sections and the Degree of Saturation values during the pandemic, especially on the Captain Soebijanto Djojohadikusumo Road section, South Tangerang City, using the PKJI 2014 method of analysis. The results showed that the maximum traffic volume on the Captain Soebijanto Djojohadikusumo road was 7177 skr/hour, for a road section capacity of 9900 cur/hour. Thus, the road performance is assessed at 0.725, in category C class. As for the condition of road segments in the next five years, it is 9559 cur/hour in 2027, with a value of 0.965, so it is included in the LoS E category. Alternative solutions are carried out to problems in calculating the forecast for the next five years, namely from 2023, include increasing the road width to 4 meters per lane, which was previously 3.5 meters, changing the road section capacity value to 10692 cur/hour and changing the degree of saturation value of road sections to 0.753. This value is included in category C, as well as several solutions to problems such as limiting the operating hours of large vehicles, traffic regulations, traffic signs, limiting operating hours for heavy vehicles, and other regulations that can help improve road performance.

Additional Information: Dunia saat ini dalam masa pandemi Covid-19 tidak terkecuali Indonesia, khususnya di kota Tangerang Selatan yang ikut terdampak dari Covid-19. Corona Virus adalah virus RNA dengan ukuran partikel 120 – 160 hm, yang diberi nama SARS-CoV-2 (Sosilo,2020). Penyebaran dari virus yang begitu cepat mempengaruhi dalam semua kegiatan, termasuk dalam kegiatan lalu lintas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kinerja Ruas Jalan dan nilai Derajat Jenuh di masa pandemik, khususnya di ruas Jalan Kapten Soebijanto Djojohadikusumo, Kota Tangerang Selatan, dengan analisis menggunakan metode PKJI 2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa volume lalu lintas maksimal pada ruas jalan Kapten Soebijanto Djojohadikusumo tersebut sebesar 7177 skr/jam, untuk kapasitas ruas jalan sebesar 9900 skr/jam. Maka, didapat kinerja ruas jalan berada dinilai 0,725, masuk kelas kategori C. Sedangkan untuk kondisi ruas jalan 5 tahun mendatang sebesar 9559 skr/jam pada tahun 2027, berada di nilai 0,965, maka masuk di kategori LoS E. Untuk solusi alternatif yang dilakukan untuk permasalahan pada perhitungan perkiraan 5 tahun mendatang, yakni dari tahun 2023 diantaranya melakukan penambahan lebar jalan menjadi 4 meter per lajur, yang sebelumnya 3,5 meter, mengubah nilai kapasitas ruas jalan menjadi 10692 skr/jam dan mengubah nilai derajat jenuh ruas jalan menjadi 0,753. Nilai tersebut masuk di kategori C, serta beberapa solusi permasalahan seperti pembatasan jam operasional kendaraan besar, peraturan- peraturan lalu lintas, rambu-rambu lalu lintas, peraturan pembatasan jam operasional pada kendaraan berat, dan perarturan�peraturan lainnya yang dapat membantu memperbaiki kinerja ruas jalan tersebut.
