Abstract

Rosalina Cesilia Faidiban. 2023. The Effect of Various Dosage of the of Mycorrhizal fertilizer for the Growth of Citronella Plants (Cymbopogon nardus L. Randle). Guided by Andi Apriany Fatmawaty and Alfu Laila. Citronella Plants (Cymbopogon nardus L . Randle) is a plant that belongs to upright grasses with deep and strong roots. This study aims to determine the best dosage of mycorrhizal fertilizer for the growth of citronella plants (Cymbopogon nardus L. Randle). The experiment was carried out using a randomized block design (RBD) which consisted of one factor, namely the dose of mycorrhizal fertilizer; each dose of mycorrhizal fertilizer (P) consisted of 5 levels (Control P0, P1 = 2.5 g mycorrhiza, F2 = 5 g mycorrhiza ; P3 = 7.5 g mycorrhiza. P4 = 10 g mycorrhiza ) There were 20 experimental units repeated 4 times. Sixteen plants were grown in each plot, so a total of 320 plants were taken, and 3 sample plants were taken in each plot, so 60 plant samples were obtained. Dry root, plant height growth, number of tillers, number of leaves, leaf dry weight, and shoot dry weight of Citronella (Cymbopogon nardus L. Rendle ) plant. Dibawah bimbingan Andi Apriany Fatmawaty dan Alfu Laila. Serai wangi (Cymbopogon nardus L. Randle) merupakan tanaman yang termasuk rumput-rumputan tegak, di mana perakarannya sangat dalam dan kuat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemberian dosis pupuk mikoriza yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman serai wangi (Cymbopogon nardus L. Randle). Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2021 sampai dengan bulan Maret 2022, yang bertempat di Lahan Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, Kp. Cikuya Desa Karang Kitri, Kecamatan Pabuaran Kabupaten Serang - Banten dan Laboratorium Fisiologi dan Bioteknologi Tanaman. Jurusan Agroekoteknologi, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. percobaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari satu faktor, yaitu dosis pupuk mikoriza. Masing-masing perlakuan dosis pupuk mikoriza (P) terdiri dari 5 taraf (Kontrol P0 ; P1 = mikoriza 2,5 g ; P2 = mikoriza 5 g ; P3 = mikoriza 7,5 g ; P4 = mikoriza 10 g). Terdapat 20 satuan percobaan yang diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Setiap petakan ditumbuhkan 16 tanaman sehingga jumlah keseluruhan terdapat 320 tanaman dan setiap petak diambil 3 tanaman sampel, sehingga diperoleh 60 sampel tanaman. Hasil penelitian pemberian pupuk mikoriza arbuskula (FMA) dengan dosis 10 g/tanaman mampu memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap bobot segar akar, bobot kering akar, pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, jumlah daun, bobot kering daun, dan bobot kering tajuk tanaman serai wangi (Cymbopogon nardus L. Rendle).
