Abstract
This research is a descriptive research and explanatory research using a mixed approach between qualitative and quantitative approaches. This study aims to describe the condition of community institutions after the Flood Management in Selected River Basins (FMSRB) program and to describe the sustainability status of the program and development efforts related to the institutional condition of conservation groups as the target of the Flood Management in Selected River Basins (FMSRB) program. The analytical method used in this study is Multidimensional Scaling with Rapfish software. Based on the results of the analysis, Community Participation (8.87), Gender Participation (3.22),Operations and Maintenance (2.97) and Institutional Existence (2.92) and Conservation Institutions (0.91). Where based on leverage of attributes there are three sensitive attributes that affect the value of the institutional dimension of the sustainability index, namely the attributes of Community Participation, Gender Participation, and Operational & Maintenance. From the results of the multidimensional analysis in this study it was found that the Padarincang area is included in the sustainable category because its value is in the range of 75.01-100 , while the Cinangka and Mancak areas are included in the quite sustainable category because their values are in the range of 50.01-75, and the Baros area is included in the less sustainable category because their values are in the range of 25.01-50. | Additional Information: | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan penelitian eksplanatori dengan menggunakan pendekatan campuran antara pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi kelembagaan masyarakat pasca program Pengelolaan Banjir di Daerah Aliran Sungai Terpilih (FMSRB) dan mendeskripsikan status keberlanjutan program dan upaya pengembangan terkait kondisi kelembagaan kelompok konservasi sebagai sasaran Pengelolaan Banjir di Program Daerah Aliran Sungai Terpilih (FMSRB). Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Multidimensional Scaling dengan software Rapfish. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, Partisipasi Masyarakat (8,87), Partisipasi Gender (3,22), Operasi dan Pemeliharaan (2,97) dan Keberadaan Kelembagaan (2,92) dan Lembaga Konservasi (0,91). Dimana berdasarkan leverage atribut terdapat tiga atribut sensitif yang mempengaruhi nilai dimensi kelembagaan indeks keberlanjutan yaitu atribut Partisipasi Masyarakat, Partisipasi Gender, dan Operasional & Pemeliharaan. Dari hasil analisis multidimensi pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa kawasan Padarincang termasuk dalam kategori lestari karena nilainya berada pada kisaran 75,01-100, sedangkan kawasan Cinangka dan Mancak termasuk dalam kategori cukup lestari karena berada pada kisaran 50,01-75, dan kawasan Baros termasuk dalam kategori kurang berkelanjutan karena nilainya berada pada kisaran 25,01-50.
