Abstract

ABSTRACT Car injection system can not be separated from the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) which is an important part of the vehicle that implements a system for spraying fuel injection. Because the injection system serves several functions to regulate and maintain the amount of fuel and air to improve vehicle performance. From the results of experiments performed three variables, namely the engine rotation speed 1000 rpm, 2000 rpm and 3000 rpm. At MAF value in round 3000 rpm to get the value of mass flow of water (MAF) 12.09 g / sec at 2000 rpm rotation to get the value of 9.40 g / sec and the lowest value of mass flow of water (MAF) is 6.73 g / sec. Value thorttel position sensor at 3000 rpm rotation sensor thorttel scored 47%, at 39% rotation 2000 rpm and at 1000 rpm rotation to get the value of 27%. While the value of the injector at 3000 rpm rotation to get the lowest score of 2.81 ml sec, rotation 2000 rpm 3.07 ml sec and the highest value of 3.45 ml s are in rotation 1000 rpm. Value injection volume at 3000 rpm rotation to get the value 0.129 ml, at 0,121 rpm in 2000 ml round in rotation 1000 rpm to get the injection volume of 0.111 ml. In rotation 3000 rpm ignition scores 34.5 °, at 26.5 ° rotation 2000 rpm and 1000 rpm rotation get ignition value of 20.5 °.
