Abstract

Overpass is a structural element connecting a road above toll road or can be called a bridge. Bridge itself have many types based on the materials used, one of which is prestressed concrete. Overpass STA 38+436 on Toll Road of Serang-Panimbang Project located on Jambubol-Muaradua, Kecamatan Cikulur, Kabupaten Lebak, Provinsi Banten use prestressed concrete on beam elements, named PCI Girder. This overpass has three span which respectively: 15,4 meter; 38,6 meter; and 15,4 meter. Subject focuses on the span 38,6 meter length which element of PCI Girder. This element was originally planned using 4 tendons and it will be redesigned using 3 tendons. The purpose of the study is to know the effect of changing number of tendons on PCI Girder section. The loading regulations used on the overpass refers to SNI 1725:2016. Structure design of overpass/bridge refers to RSNI T-04-2005 and SNI 2847:2019. The analysis carried out in this study assumes that PCI Girder is a simple beam modeling and using Microsoft Excel as calculation program. The results of study show that effect of change in the number of tendons resulted change of eccentricity, prestressed force at jacking, initial prestressed force, effective prestressed force, losses of prestressed, number of strands, deflection, meanwhile the reinforcement of longitudinal, transversal, bursting are the same as original design.

Additional Information: Overpass merupakan elemen struktur penghubung jalan yang berada di atas jalan tol atau bisa disebut juga sebagai struktur jembatan. Jembatan sendiri memiliki banyak tipe berdasarkan bahan yang digunakan, salah satu diantaranya adalah beton prategang. Overpass STA 38+436 pada Proyek Jalan Tol Serang-Panimbang berlokasi di daerah Jambubol-Muaradua, Kecamatan Cikulur, Kabupaten Lebak, Provinsi Banten menggunakan bahan beton prategang pada elemen baloknya, yaitu PCI Girder. Overpass ini memiliki tiga bentang dengan panjang masing-masing: 15,4 meter; 38,6 meter; dan 15,4 meter. Pokok pembahasan terletak pada bentang 38,6 meter di mana elemen yang ditinjau adalah PCI Girder. Elemen ini semula direncanakan dengan menggunakan 4 tendon dan akan dilakukan penelitian menggunakan 3 tendon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perubahan banyak tendon yang diterapkan pada penampang PCI Girder. Peraturan pembebanan yang diterapkan dalam overpass ini mengacu pada SNI 1725:2016. Perencanaan struktur overpass/jembatan didasarkan pada RSNI T-04-2005 dan SNI 2847:2019. Analisis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini mengasumsikan PCI Girder sebagai pemodelan balok sederhana dengan program bantu hitung Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perubahan tendon mengakibatkan perubahan pada eksentrisitas, gaya prategang saat jacking, gaya prategang awal, gaya prategang efektif, kehilangan gaya prategang, jumlah strand, dan lendutan, sementara itu tulangan longitudinal, transversal, bursting yang sama.
