Abstract
This research was conducted to analyze the effect of inflation, GRDP, Capital Adequacy Ratio, and Loan to Deposit Ratio as determinants of Non-Performing Loans for Regional Development Banks in Java Island in 2012-2021. The analytical method used in this research is panel data with the fixed effect model (FEM). The results of the partial test (t-test) show that the variables Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio have a significant effect on Non Performing Loans, while the Inflation and GRDP variables have no significant effect on Non Performing Loans. In addition, based on the simultaneous results (F-Test) it shows that inflation, GRDP, Capital Adequacy Ratio, and Loan to Deposit Ratio simultaneously affect Non-Performing Loans of Regional Development Banks in Java Island in 2012-2021.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari Inflasi, PDRB, Capital Adequancy Ratio, dan Loan to Deposit Ratio sebagai faktor penentu Non Performing Loan Bank Pembangunan Daerah di Pulau Jawa tahun 2012-2021. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah panel data dengan model fixed effect model (FEM). Hasil uji parsial (Uji-t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel Capital Adequancy Ratio dan Loan to Deposit Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Non Performing Loan, sedangkan variabel Inflasi dan PDRB tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Non Performing Loan. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil simultan (Uji-F) menujukkan bahwa Inflasi, PDRB, Capital Adequancy Ratio, dan Loan to Deposit Ratio secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Non Performing Loan Bank Pembangunan Daerah di Pulau Jawa tahun 2012-2021. | |||||||||
