Abstract

Muhamad Riziq Shihab, 5551160163, Skripsi, Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Kabupaten Tangerang, di bawah bimbingan Dr. H. Wawan Prahiawan, SE., MM. selaku Dosen Pembimbing I dan Vera Maria, SE., MM. selaku Dosen Pembimbing II. Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Kayawan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Kabupaten Tangerang sebanyak 914 pegawai. Sampel penelitian sejumlah120 pegawai yang ditentukan berdasarkan rumus hair dengan teknik probability sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan: Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Kualitas Data, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi Linear Berganda dan Uji Hipotesis (Uji t). Hasil: 1) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai t statistik 2.610 dan nilai probabilitas 0.000 < α=0.05, 2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai t statistik 12.477 dan nilai probabilitas 0.000 < α=0.05, 3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t statistik 14.722 dan nilai probabilitas 0.000 < α=0.05. Hasil tersebut dapat diperoleh dari persamaan regresi berikut: Y = 1,607 + 0,166 + X1 + 0,282 X2 + 0,505 X3. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

These results can be obtained from the following regression equation: Y = 1.607 + 0.166 + X1 + 0.282 X2 + 0.505 X3.
