Abstract
ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred for almost two years has had a broad impact on almost most sectors of human life in various parts of the world. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on various sectors, including the construction sector. In efforts to increase the effectiveness of work safety protection, a system is needed to regulate work safety, SMKK which is regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Number 10 of 2021. The purpose of this study was to find out how the SMKK was implemented in the construction project of the Serang-Panimbang Toll Road Section 2 in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era, to find out the dominant inhibiting factors for the implementation of the SMKK in the Serang-Panimbang Toll Road Section 2 construction project in the Covid�19 Pandemic Era. 19, as well as knowing the countermeasures for the inhibiting factors in implementing SMKK in the construction project of the Serang-Panimbang Toll Road Section 2 in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative.Based on the results, it was found that the percentage of SMKK implementation in the construction project of the Serang-Panimbang Toll Road Section 2 in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era was 87,57% and the variable level of concern for workers in the use of PPE (X26) with a regression coefficient of -0.014, and weak supervision and application of sanctions by the government (X31) with a regression coefficient of -0.115. Efforts that can be made to overcome the inhibiting factors of SMKK implementation are by increasing supervision & awareness of work safety culture by giving a punishment to the workers who are not disciplined in the use of PPE. Also, it is hoped that the local Disnaker will be more assertive in supervising the implementation of SMKK

| Additional Information: | ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid-19 yang telah terjadi hampir dua tahun belakangan telah berdampak luas bagi hampir sebagian besar sektor kehidupan manusia diberbagai belahan dunia. Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak besar terhadap berbagai sektor, tidak terkecuali pada sektor konstruksi. Upaya dalam meningkatkan efektifitas perlindungan keselamatan kerja, diperlukan sebuah sistem untuk mengatur keselamatan kerja yaitu SMKK yang diatur pada Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Nomor 10 Tahun 2021. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan SMKK pada proyek pembangunan Jalan Tol Serang-Panimbang Seksi 2 di Era Pandemi Covid-19, mengetahui faktor penghambat yang dominan terhadap penerapan SMKK pada proyek pembangunan Jalan Tol Serang-Panimbang Seksi 2 di Era Pandemi Covid-19, serta mengetahui penanggulangan terhadap faktor penghambat dalam penerapan SMKK pada proyek pembangunan Jalan Tol Serang-Panimbang Seksi 2 di Era Pandemi Covid-19 Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh besar persentase penerapan SMKK pada Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Serang-Panimbang Seksi 2 yaitu sebesar 87,57% dan variabel tingkat kepedulian pekerja dalam penggunaan APD (X26) dengan koefisien regresi -0,014 , dan lemahnya pengawasan dan penerapan sanksi oleh pemerintah (X31) dengan koefisien regresi -0,115. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menanggulangi faktor penghambat Penerapan SMKK yaitu dengan meningkatkan pengawasan & kesadaran akan budaya keselamatan kerja dengan memberi sanksi bagi pekerja yang tidak disiplin dalam penggunaan APD. Serta, diharapkan Disnaker setempat lebih tegas dalam mengawasi penerapan SMKK | |||||||||
