Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on employee performance (Y) with moderation by organizational culture (Z) at PT. Global Beautiful Earth. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were 95 employees at PT. Global Beautiful Earth. The research sample used the entire research population using census sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the student version of the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) organizational culture does not moderate and does not strengthen the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance, and (4) Organizational culture does not moderate and weaken the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi (X1) dan kepuasan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan moderasi oleh budaya organisasi (Z) di PT. Bumi Indah Global. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 95 orang karyawan di PT. Bumi Indah Global. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi penelitian dengan menggunakan sampling sensus. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0 versi pelajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) Budaya organisasi tidak memoderasi dan tidak menguatkan hubungan komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan, dan (4) Budaya organisasi tidak memoderasi dan melemahkan hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan. | |||||||||
