Abstract

There is a plan to transfer the function of land by the Serang City Agriculture Service from a drying floor to a warehouse for storing finished materials. Requires re-planning because changes in the function of building use result in working loads. Then a re-planning will be carried out starting from structural calculations, planning working drawings to calculating the required RAB Planning is carried out by direct observation of existing buildings which will be recalculated using Etabs with reference to the applicable SNI, as well as a literature study to get references for the research carried out. From the results of the study, it was found that in the existing conditions, the profiles of IWF 200x150x6x9, IWF 150x100x6x9, IWF 250x125x6x9 were still able to withstand the working forces, The cross section of the column uses a reinforced concrete composite structure with dimensions of 300x200mm and a steel profile IWF 250x125x6x9 with a height of 7.5m is still able to withstand the working forces.

Additional Information: Adanya rencana untuk mengalihakan fungsi lahan oleh Dinas Pertanian Kota Serang dari lantai jemur menjadi gudang penyimpanan bahan jadi. Membutuhkan perencanaan ulang karena berubahnya fungsi pakai bangunan berakibat kepada beban-beban yang bekerja. Maka akan dilakukan perencanaan ulang mulai dari perhitungan struktur, perencanaan gambar kerja hingga perhitungan RAB yang di perlukan. Metode yang digunakan untuk perencanaan dilakukan dengan observasi pengamatan langsung pada bangunan existing yang akan dihitung ulang menggunakan Etabs dengan mengacu pada SNI yang berlaku, serta dilakukan studi pustaka untuk mendapatkan refrensi untuk penelitian yang dilakukan. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan pada kondisi existing bahwa profil IWF 200x150x6x9, IWF 150x100x6x9 , IWF 250x125x6x9 masih mampu menahan gaya-gaya yang bekerja, Penampang kolom menggunakan struktur komposit beton bertulang dimensi 300x200mm dan baja profil IWF 250x125x6x9 dengan tinggi 7,5m masih mampu menahan gaya-gaya yang bekerja.
